Cigna Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Dadari for the first time as I usually just see whoever can see me first, as soon as walked in I was greeted with him telling me I'm wasting his time as he's not my PCP, I explained I don't really have one and he told me that's not how the medical field and medicine work. I have seen multiple doctors for syncope and done every test over the span of a year with no conclusive diagnosis or treatment plans, he told me that's not a real thing and there needs to be a true diagnosis with treatment. He then proceeded to tell me it was a psychological issue and I needed to see a psychologist after explaining that it wasn't related to anxiety or depression as I have neither of those issues that he was using as examples. The whole visit with him was the worst encounter I have ever had with any Cigna doctor and I've been to many! I would not recommend him at all. I immediately told my family to never see him regardless of if he's the only one available.

They don't care at all. Came in for a physical and mentioned some other issues I wanted to go over to the nurse. Doctor came in took two minutes for my physical and then left saying his nurse would come in. Gave me my paperwork and tried to send me on my way. When I brought up the issues I wanted to discuss I was told I couldnt speak with the doctor again and was told they would call me to follow up. When I brought up the issues I wanted to discuss I was told I couldnt speak with the doctor again and was told they would call me to follow up. What are they gonna follow up on they never talked about it.

I am very happy here, and with being a Cigna patient.I started out seeing a PA, but once they lifted restrictions, I asked to see Dr. Jones.The last time I saw her, she really put the pressure on me to get the COVID vax. No thank you.  I'm glad you got it for yourself, and your husband, too. I have good response through their portal.They have an onsite lab, where I once suffered the biggest hematoma from being jabbed for bloodwork.Pharmacy on the premises.    Pharmacists and PAs always friendly and answer questions.    Vitamins, bandaids, earplugs, etc. sold too, with 25% off Rugby and Major bands every few weeks.

They have a lack of response time when providing fmlA. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for Heather to fill out.

I have been waiting for Thor doctor to complete my fmlA paperwork over 3 weeks. Have called over 15 times to get a supervisor and still no one will respond..

Avoid this office at all costs! The lack of attention and professionalism makes it hard for me to believe the staff or doctors could have ever passed a medical exam. I had an appointment set that I had waited for over 3 weeks only to have the front desk call me and say they scheduled me on a day that my new PCP was not scheduled to work. Why when I tell you I want to work with a specific doctor you schedule me on her off day that she has off every single week is beyond me. So I reschedule. Then to have them call me again and say she is not available that day we need to reschedule. Don't waste your time at this location. Find any other office.Avoid this office at all costs! The absolute worst service you will ever have. Called to have my lab orders sent to Sonora Quest 5 times & they could not seem to handle this task. Took off from work & fasted all day only to find out these incompetent employees could not make a simple fax. Scheduled a 2nd appt & they bounced me around the office & still couldn't manage to send the fax. Do yourself a favor & find another Dr's office. If they cant handle a simple issue w/ paperwork imagine what they will mess up when tasked with something more important.The absolute worst service you will ever have. Terrible follow up, totally thoughtless. If I hadn't called to check if their power was out due to the storm I'd've been SOL. They would've had to reschedule me and I would've missed work for nothing. Extremely unprofessional office staff. Third rate at best.
