Worst doctors visit I have ever gone to. The lady in the front was extremely rude (Vienass was her name). Continued to pronounce my name wrong. An older lady came in confused and the receptionist talked down to her and kept saying “like I said”. The doctor (Claire Bowey) took my whole appt to go over past history and told me she didn’t have time to see me for the issues I had actually came in for. I was told by her that it was physically impossible to go through all the things today. Spent an actual 3 minutes on my wellness exam. She has no availability. I spent 2 months waiting to see her for her to push me aside like my issues weren’t important. I never once asked for a prescription and when trying telling her the reasons I came in to see her she got upset and said I won’t be prescribing anything to you today. I was only asking for her to listen to what was going on to suggest something that may help me. I will not be going back. I have contacted the board of directors at Honor Health. The receptionist and doctor will be hearing from them.

Always very patient and listen to your concerns about your health. Also make sure we figure out what’s going on. Been my doctor for over 20 years. That should tell you something right there. Thank you Claire for being a great Doctor and Caring so much about people.
