Employees are rude unhelpful and leave out important information. Corporate office doesnt answer or return calls... the medication is the ONLY helpful thing here so tread carefully.

Ive been going for a year now and they have helped me so much I wish I would have done it so much sooner. If you need help this is the place to go the doctor is the best and the staff is very nice and respectful to everyone in their time of need.

I have never been to any other place that helps with substance abuse that cares as much as this place. If you want to continue doing drugs dont waste their time and allow someone whose serious about their recover use that appointment.

Between their salf that leave you on hold for howers amongs the most heartless dockter all sleaved up and powertripping cuz youre addicted to their produckt just as mutch as heron and his inability to show compassion on absolutely every level ignoring annything justifing youre perseverance aginst all odds to just show up thare and get grilled guilt trips and pety bickering along with nitpicking on the subatomic level showing no emotional responce typicul of psychopathy.i should have stuck with the heroin .not only that the nihilistic tension and being terrified and or fearing another appointment to come. Truly tramatic. I balled my eyes out thare and about an hower after my last appointment. And im tapering myself off Suboxone to go back to black tar heroin. Truly traumatic is what im geting at. Nothing but regret and discusseded the shame stains my soul

I have been a patient of cleanslate for almost 2 years. Dont get me wrong there are some great healthcare professionals here especially the office manager Barbara. But corporate policies are a reason Ive considered leaving. I recently waited 2 hours to be seen for an appointment. What really got me irritated was I got permission from the office manager to run to my car to get a phone number for my treatment case manager. When I walked back in I was greeted at the door by one of the MEdical assistants rudely stating since you left you need to leave another urine sample or you cant see the doctor.I had JUST left one 5 mins prior and was gone for maybe 3045 seconds. THEN I asked after two hours of waiting to see the provider when I would be seen and was given a snoopy comment by another medical assistant and had the door closed on my face. The doctor is nice but if there were other Medication Assisted therapy providers in the area I would take my business elsewhere.
