List of Daniel Storch's Reviews
I am surprised by the previous reviews. I found Dr. Stroch very thorough and knowledgeable and experienced in his field.
Dr. Storch is very personable and thorough. He works to understand the patient’s overall health situation and how that interacts with cardiovascular health. He’s easy interact with, and I like that he brings the patient into his process of diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend!
Changed my hospital discharge date without notifying me causing a premature discharge at 11 PM. He was deceitful in hiding this from me causing a dispute between the hospital staff and me. When Dr. Storcch changed his discharge instructions to the hospital staff he did not tell or communicate this to me. fExtremely poor communication skills and lack of empathy for my concerns or the difficult situation he was putting me in. His lack of empathy and arrogance is breath taking.
After having 3 cryptogenic strokes, Dr. Storch convinced me to get an implanted heart monitor. After 120 days with no events recorded, I received notification from the monitoring company that I had a recorded event. I Contacted Dr. Storch’s office on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday following being notified. I left a message on Dr Storch’s triage department and my call was not returned. I spoke to his office staff and the assistant I spoke to was completely unaware of the notification from the monitoring company. I left a detailed message about my COMPLETE BLOCK OF HEART result from the monitoring company. This message was also never returned. On Wednesday the office staff simply hung up on me when I asked when I could expect a call regarding my results. I am currently searching for a new cardiologist that will be more patient dedicated and caring
staff seemed attentive to details and dr. storch worked and talked through a lot of my more complex questions, rather patiently. I'll be back with five stars after I survive in his care for awhile with a smile. thank you folks.
I have been Dr. Storch's patient for many years and have found him to be excellent, He listens to my concerns.
Knowledgeable and caring. Patient comes first.
Bel Dr. Storch competent but had life threatening symptoms. Went to 2 ER rooms & he & his lead cardiologist nurse vanished for around 10 days. ERs could not get my records & when stable was discarded w/o treatment. His own medical team at Az Cardiology could not locate him or her. Had an emergency no to call left 5 urgent messages - never answered. In 3rd message requested that I be assigned to another cardiologist in his group(there are 10) Never happened. Saw my internist, another cardiologist, & neurologist when he disappeared - all agreed what happened to me life threatening & serious but needed my cardiac records. When he returned from ? I saw him & he refused to take my life threatening experience seriously - telling me a 'million things could have caused it' I immediately requested to see another cardiologist at Az Cardiology who was taking new patients, willing to see me but Dr. Storch blocked this. Dr. Storch good but abandoning heart patients NOT Am seeing cardiologists at Mayo Clinic & Stanford to figure out what happened as am now living in terror of a repeat. I collapsed 3 times(first time in my life) & could not move a muscles for >20 minutes - no warning. Rescued by neighbors BP at ER almost double normal levels for 6 hrs. Have never had hi BP This happened in Jan. waited 2 months to post as was not sure my emergency calls got through Saw him 3 days ago & info I gave in calls repeated to me - so HAVE to warn others Dr. Storch never mentioned what happened & I valued him enuf to ignore. But denying it was cardiac - when 3 other MDs & ER believed otherwise is dangerous IMO he could do this to others. Have always paid bills, shown up & been a compliant patient He is hard to replace but forcing me to live in fear of a repeat until Mayo or Stafford figures this out - not acceptable I strongly suggest find another cardiologist before he pulls this on you
Arrogant, didactic M.D. Theoretically might know a lot. But bedside manner stinks & he totally abandoned(for ~10 days) in an emergency after I collapsed (went to 2 ERs) - no one could find him(even his own team) UNACCEPTABLE IMO he conned me into getting a pacemaker w/o real need. No info given prior to implantation. After worse as what he tells me abt it differs every visit. Have grad. training in Pharmacology& Dr. Storch is begging to get sued for his ignorance of drugs. Stubborn, rude
Dr. Storch is an arrogant 'doctor' who spends 3 -5 mins with u & DOES NOT LISTEN Recently collapsed 3xs HE DISAPPEARED for 10 days -own team could not find-went to 2 ERS-no records. Should not be practicing med iMO. Find another MD. Dangerous

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
