This place is the best in Phoenix!

I appreciate all the staff at SOLIS. I have been coming here for over 20 years and the customer service has always been excellent. I appreciate the environment because it doesn’t feel like I’m sitting in the doctors office. It helps to ease the anxiety just waiting in a comfortable place for such an exam. I also appreciate the feedback from the doctors.

Worst experience! I had an appointment for my elderly mother, once we arrived they told us the appointment was cancelled due to not having enough employees! Completely unprofessional! The appointment was made a month ago and confirmed yesterday! A call would have been nice! I have been bringing my mother here for years and the service has just gone downhill!

The office is modern and comfortable, the women who work there are kind and knowledgeable and the gown/top they provide had plenty of space for me as a plus sized individual. I will continue to use Solis each year.

I sincerely recommend that you NOT consider this option for mammography. Their incompetence covers a broad range of issues, from false advertising on Facebook to staff inability to keep patients identified at their location in the facility to staff inability to effectively mask during a pandemic to a doctor who fails to read a patient history and assess the appropriate equipment for screening and to observe the record of past surgeries of a patient. Find another facility for mammography NOW. As I I’ll be doing.

Please don’t read or believe anything this Janet Baker has to say as I was there for all of her rude, unladylike outbursts. She yelled profanities at the staff from the moment she walked in. I would personally like to apologize to the staff for Janet’s disgraceful, disrespectful attitude. Being a Karen, I can honestly say this woman is the epitome of “being a Karen.” Janet’s intelligence level lacks the ability to comprehend anything from the world around her to medical recommendations.I want to say that the staff of Solis Mammography is very professional, caring, and goes above and beyond for their patients from my personally experience. Even with Janet’s aggressive and threatening behavior, the staff reassured the safety of the patients and employees. The staffs reassurance during a scary time for me shows that I can trust their professional opinions in my medical decisions. My exam was quick and painless. Thank you Solis. Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend Solis for mammograms. My 10+ years of visits have been consistently professional. The staff is competent and kind. The office is nicely furnished, the internal waiting area is thoughtfully designed, and the air temperature is not too cold (like many medical offices). The office uses tablets for patients to update their information! In particular, their COVID-19 protocols are top notch and VERY much appreciated.
