First time seeing Dr. Schweda, and she took all the time needed to catch up on my history, and answered all of my questions. Great experience!

Dr. Schweda is wonderful. Always tries to get her patients in same day for issues (& does 90% of the time). Very caring, patient and doesn't just shell out RX for no reason but knows her stuff!

Love Dr. Schweda and have recommended her to my friends (who have thanked me.) Dr. Scweda always listens, never rushes you, allows you to ask questions to which she responds fully. She is personable, friendly, and knowledgable.

Very upsetting to hear that they won't take new patients that just moved to the area but will take patients that were referred from another Doctor. In my opinion very unprofessional and unethical.

Dr Schweda is almost always running on schedule and yet she takes the time to really listen to your problem and figure out what's going on. She is by far the best doctor I've ever had, and her staff is excellent too.

I have been going to Family Medicine of Scottsdale for many years. Dr. Denise Schweda has always been very kind, professional and listened patiently during my visit. Their receptionist, Mary, has always gotten me the best appointment that fits my needs. And Mary was always there for me to answer a quick question about paperwork. I do highly recommend Family Medicine of Scottsdale if you are looking for a new doctor.

Great family physician. Very knowledge about a wide range of medical needs. Extremely friendly staff... Be patient, it's a very small practice (2 doctors, 1 receptionist), they can only help one person at a time, but they care about each of those people very much.

I have been a patient since 2009 of Dr. Schweda. I see her for appointments every 3 months for prescription refill. Up until recently I haven't had any issues. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist Mary tells me that because I had a $30 balance from a copay that the doctor is now requiring me to pay for my visits in full and be reimbursed find my insurance company. I'm extremely insulted buy this as you can imagine I've been a patient of hers for the last 7 years. So for her to have me pay for my visits in full moving forward because of $30 balance is extremely insulting and poor bedside manner. When I asked the receptionist Mary to have the doctor call me to discuss I waited three days for a response. On the third day I called and she told me that the doctor had left me a message. There was no call from the doctor and there was no voicemail left by her. Mary is extremely condescending and I'm wondering if she even told the dr. That I requested a call back. So moving forward even though I will pay the $30 balance I find it insulting as I mentioned to pay for my visits in full as well as very inconvenient. So now I am left with only a few days left of my prescription scrambling to find a new position. I would not recommend anyone go to this office.

The office is very nice, the front office staff is lovely. Dr Schweda is quick to prescribe medication versus getting to root cause of a health issue. I find her to be condescending and does not seem to want the patient to participate in their health care.
