Update Sept 2020: still 5 stars !! I wish I could give more stars! I have been seeing Katelyn Grant since my last review and I have to say she has helped me improve myself and my life immensely. I have healed in so many ways since my journey started with her. She is gentle and kind and genuinely cares and has my best interest at heart. She is a great listener and always makes sure to go back to anything that needs to be brought up for healing. I really appreciate all the new insights and tools inspired by this amazing woman.I just had my first appointment and I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Carlin. She is an incredible listener, non-judgemental, kind and on top of all of this, extremely knowledgeable. I was instantly comforted by her presence - and it was a Telehealth appt! I absolutely love the staff members. Linnzie and Brenda are so thoughtful and helpful. Linnzie made the paperwork process easy, was extremely patient with my many questions & incredibly understandable . Dr. Carlin recommended I speak with one of the therapists on staff during our appt and Brenda followed up with me moments after tip get it scheduled. The other reviews have to be outdated because all of these women are incredible and I look forward to continuing care with them!

I cannot express enough how much this place has helped my family. Their front office is super friendly and helpful, and the counselors are genuine, compassionate and understanding. They really guide you down the path of healing, self-realization, and repairing relationships at a pace that is right for you. For the first time in a very long time, my life and home are at peace.

When I started seeking out counseling I was very skeptic because there is a bad rep about therapy. I have to say from when I started to where I am now in just a few short months is a world of difference. I was down in the dumps and with such a supportive team to help boost me up and to help me love me. When they offered TMS I was skeptic of the whole process but having Nitta there with me day in day out and just showering me with confidence and her bubbling personality really helped me to finally see rays of sunlight from under my rain clouds. Life can cause hiccups, but it’s how you navigate through those hiccups that matters the most. Don’t let them keep you down just breathe and keep on going. Nitta has taught me that and so much more. Nancy has taught me that my past experiences have made me who I am today and that they do not define who I am anymore. Krystal has been there to listen and to learn how to forgive myself and others. If anyone is seeking an amazing support team I highly recommend coming to this practice. You walk in and you are welcomed like family and it’s truly a blessing to have started my journey here. I can’t wait to see where it takes me next. Thank you everyone at Desert View Counseling.

I've been coming to this office for a long time. I see Patti Ryan and she's great. I've never found an office where the front desk staff are great along with a counselor. The front desk staff are always so helpful and nice any time I come in. Anytime I've ever called they've always been helpful. As far as Patti, I'm so happy to have her as a counselor. I love that she's always real about situations and so helpful.

My records request was resolved.......My daughter received excellent care from her therapist Kathy. Unfortunately her insurance changed and we were unable to continue here.

Great place, wonderful counselors. I would highly recommend it. Front desk are helpful and courteous. Nice environment.

So helpful. Whether it was just needing advice or needing someone to vent too this is the place to go. Privacy and confidentiality are of great importance to all the staff which is important to me

I have found a lot of relief with my PTSD thanks to the staff here. Thank you for always listening and steering me in the right direction. I know there are several great Counsler's here so they can really find a good fit for whatever your needs may be.

Ed is the best counselor that I've ever had. My other therapist would caudal me and I never grew. Started seeing Ed Ottesen in June and he's helped me make incredible changes in my life. Thanks!
