I owe Dr Tracy my life! I was suffering with what i think is an autoimmune disease that caused all of my glands to dry up. In two years, I'd seen 4 different doctors and no answers. I saw Dr Tracy, who has the bedside manners of a saint. She spent a long time with me discussing thedifferent routes we could take.she prescribed a low dose of Doxycycline and within a week, my saliva, eyes, skin, and joints improved and eventually went away. My mom was referred here after it was found a cataract had returned during a routine eye exam at her regular eye doc, two days prior. She was scared, since the first removal, in another city, years ago, from both eyes, required sedation and surgery. She went in to this office, completely blind in her left eye, and came out able to see the leaves on the trees outside. The doctor and office staff were amazing. I didn't go with her since we thought it was just going to be a consultation to schedule the cataract removal. But she was in and out, pain free, and with all of her fears completely washed away. I cannot thank the staff and doctor enough for the care they took to make her feel safe and comfortable enough to let the doctor fix her eye without me there holding her hand. She is so excited to be able to see again! She hadn't told me that the cataract had come back because she was too scared of having it fixed. Thank you all so much!

This was my first time visiting any eye doctor! Everyone in the office was very polite and informative. Wait time in lobby was not bad. I like a physician who takes time with their patients and do not rush. All of the staff were AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend Desert Vista Eye Specialist !

I came to Desert Vista all the staff was amazing great patient care. Dr. Cohen did my surgery and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would truly recommend everyone to come to this clinic.

I had cataracts really bad, and so Dr Cohen recommended surgery that included new lens in both eyes. Dr Hancock has handled all of my follow up since then as there is an issue. Dr Cohen and Dr Hancock have been amazing, and Dr Hancock has been amazing explaining issues, and helping in getting things done. The office manager, Ignacio Torres, is also great and very helpful. in working with insurance and such. The office staff has also been amazing, and with the visits they have treated me with patience and respect. They have great team work and respect with each other. I can not say enough for this office, staff, and doctors.

Wow to begin with the remodel looks amazing!! The staff beyond helpful! sorry I don't remember names there was lots of you. Fit me in super last minute, and went the extra mile. The staff made me feel comfortable and easy to talk to. I want personally say thank you!! keep doing what you're doing because its a 10/10.
