Horrendous. Please do not waste your time with this provider. He was rude, dismissive, and spent 5 minutes with me before sending me away with no answers. He told me if I had not been hospitalized, there is nothing wrong with me.

Total experience was a nightmare. 1 hour wait and maybe 5 minutes with Dr. He told me I was a menopausal woman and there was nothing wrong with me or my thyroid. My hair, nails, dry skin, night sweats, hot flashes, low libido, sudden weight gain, and extreme fatigue were all in my mind. He hadn't even offered to do any testing, just dismissed me. I lost it! I had waited 3 months for this appointment ...

I called my pharmacy and they said they had to call the Dr because it was out of refills. After 6 days, i called again to see why it had not been refilled. The pharmacy told me Patel was refusing to refill it. It is very hard for me to get around because of other medical problems. I have missed some appointments but now I feel I am the subject of a vindictive patient abandonment by Patel. Looks like it's time to find a different endo.

Dr. Patel is amazing and so is his staff! They’re friendly and attentive. He listens and even jokes around with you like a good friend would! He always has time and availability when you need him and is just extremely kind. So blessed to find such a great doctor!
