Voy a dar una estrella porque es lo minimo, es el peor servicio que he visto por parte de una hospital en 22 años en este pais, mi hijo fue con una reacción anafilactica y lo trataron como un stomach flu, estaba con falta de aire, wheezing, tenia edema en los brazos, cara, parpados y asi lo mandaron para la calle con Benzonatate y Ondansetron wow JAMAS EN MI VIDA habia visto algo asi, la Dra bastante joven hablaba con una indecisión y una falta de caracter, no voy a hablar de las condiciones del hospital que parece algo asi como para pelicula de terror porque eso no importa si tratan a un paciente con dignidad y los Drs realmente estan preparados. MALAAA LA Atencion y el frond desk ni hablar....JAMAS REGRESO A ESE HOSPITAL

As a parent we could not have been more impressed with the whole “system”. Dr Sipe was phenomenal. Very professional, and an expert at psychiatry. So thankful for her help and everyone else’s as well.

The ER admit team that worked the night of January 15, 2023 around 6 pm were some of the rudest individuals and should not be working in an intake or admit capacity. I would fire the whole crew if I was in management. They think they can talk to anyone any way because they have an officer stationed there. They were very condescending, disrespectful and impatient. I already know the kind. They think that because they’re dealing with predominantly minorities and a disenfranchised group of people they can talk to people any kind of way. This won’t be the last of my complaint. Mgmt will hear from me.

This is the worst careless staff ever they just go to get paid not to take care of patients they are rude not caring at all they left my mom food in a chair event hough she wasn't able to eat by herself I hate this jospital 🤬
