I chose Dr. Zeidman from my list of insurance approved providers and found myself very fortunate to have picked his name. His office got me in the day after calling for an appointment with a concern. Not only did he thoroughly address my concern, but performed a complete exam and discussed long term health with me. He really took his time. I was sent home, and results of tests were obtained in under an hour and provided by a phone call from the doc himself. Wonderful! Impressed and will return!

I would absolutely send anyone I know struggling with any sort of urology issue to Dr. Zeidman. Dr. Zeidman saved my life. If I had not gone to see him, I would have eventually become resident to antibiotic treatment and would have lost the ability to fight off urinary tract infections. Most urologists that I had seen up until I met him had shrugged off my symptoms and attributed them to the fact that I am female. Dr. Z listened to my concerns and agreed that something needed to change.

Staff was comforting, understanding and supportive. I was very anxious about the procedures I had done but Dr. Zeidman and his staff were very reassuring. Urologists that I have seen in the past have shrugged off my symptoms and told me it was common for women to get UTIs. Dr. Zeidman is the ONLY urologist I have ever seen that listened to me and didn't settle for the easy answer. He explained my correct diagnosis to me in a way that was easy to understand, and he was very thorough in explaining my treatment options. This is a doctor who cares about his patients (even though his demeanor can seem a little rough around the edges), and who is talented in his field. I would strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Dr. Zeidman saved my life!

I also was never treated with anything but care and professionalism from Dr. Zeidman. I am very upset that he is not contracted with my insurance anymore but I hope to find someone who is as competent as he is!!

Urology Associates front office staff, along with Dr. Zeidman's assistant, were unable to successfully schedule a series of appointments for a procedure. 1st time I sat in waiting room for over an hour before they informed me medication didn't arrive. 2nd time they scheduled me with a PA that can't perform the needed procedure. Now Zeidman wants to rush the procedure forgoing the safety measures we had discussed. Assistant incompetent, front office incompetent, probably Dr. incompetent as well. I'll be doing procedure with a different doctor at a different facility.

Doctor seems knowledable & friendly. Staff don't seem very professional. Wait time is the worst! I had to wait for nearly 2 hrs on my first visit. If this continues on my nxt visit, I'm changing urologist. Like previous reviewers said, u'll end up scheduling lots of appts that seems pointless & are money wasters.
