My first visit with Dr Novack went very well and I was impressed with his caring and easy going manner. He listened to all my concerns and instructed me on how to cope with my arthritis related conditions. Dr Novack and his staff all deserve a 5 star rating.

When Dr Novak comes into the exam room he introduces himself and shakes your hand. He sits down and listens to what you have to say. He is compassionate and has a way of putting that technical medical jargon into words you can understand. In addition, he provides you with all your options and takes the time to discuss them so you can make the best decision for your care. We discussed the benefits of a cortisone shot as Step One to treating the horizontal tear of my meniscus including the other five issues which were detected by the MRI. While those shots can be pretty painful Dr Novak has a technique when administering the shot to where the pain only lasts a couple of seconds…he doesn’t jab or ram the needle in like other docs I’ve experienced in the past.
