Erin Ballard's Online Review Report Card

Dr Ballard treated me for over 4yrs and I can say she listened to all my concerns and was always able to get me in sooner if needed. She’s extremely missed and have thought about relocating just to have her as my doctor again. Hard to find a good hometown dr that actually cares about what’s going on beyond to help determine your medical needs. She is truly missed!

Doc had months to review my records and/or ask questions about me when she was told I would be one of her new patients. My last doc got promoted but they work in the same space and have access to the same database. In our 1st appointment she seemed uninterested in my past, present and future care. I have been with Cigna for over a decade and have had only 2 Primary Care doctors. Both were phenomenal and 5 STARS on a bad day. I think my luck has run out. If it gets better I will be fair and give the credit where it is deserved.

Seems distracted. Her staff is rude. Did not give much attention to follow up care or alternative solutions for issues.

Dr. Ballard has been my physician for over 30 years. She is the best.

I have received tremendous help and treatment for my pain and Fibromyalgia symptoms. I have felt at ease with her, and she knows what shes doing. She has prescribed the medications Ive needed and referred me to the specialists who have helped. While I am not pain free, I feel 10x better than I used to and can have a normal day or three here and there, and she is still in the process of treating me. I really like her and think she is a good doctor.

Do not goe to this person, rude.

Has worked very well with my rather difficult motherinlaw. Really listened to and responded appropriately to our concerns while being attentive and respectful of patient. Goes the extra mile in communicating with family. Calls back promptly. She has designed and tailored her practice to care for a age group that is often railroaded professionally because of their many needs. Willing and ably goes to bat for the patients wellbeing with Medicare, insurance, etc.

Dr. Ballard has provided wonderful professional services for my mother and father for the last 20 years. She has cared for both of them through their last illnesses and through the pain of their deaths. She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and helps no matter what time of day or night. She was always there for my family and is a wonderful asset to Enumclaw.

Though you may have to wait a little bit in your appointment. Dr. Ballard is worth the wait. She is knowledgable, caring and very compassionate. She is open to alternative medical approaches. She is very busy, but does give you her time, when its your turn.

I dont think this Dr. cares for her patients at all. Pretty shallow person.
