Brenda is an exceptional PMNHP, I have been seeing her for over 2 years now and her medical advice and guidance have greatly improved my life. She is attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I am incredibly fortunate to be working with her through my mental health journey. She is the BEST!

I would highly recommend Brenda/Esperanza mental health. I have been working with her for sometime now and she is absolutely fantastic in every way. She really listens and is sure to understand you and your needs and works with you to create a plan to help you become the best version of yourself.

Brenda has truly changed my life. I’ve been seeing doctors my whole life for different anxiety/panic issues with no luck. And within one session, Brenda was able to diagnose and treat me and cut my anxiety in half. I cannot recommend her enough. My only regret is not coming to see her sooner.

Brenda is awesome and super helpful. She takes the time to listen and has helped me so much over the last few years. I am working on decreasing my dose and coming off of an antidepressant and she is so helpful and encouraging.

Brenda es maravillosa, me ha ayudado muchisimo a entender mi salud mental, a darme opciones y escucharme sin juzgarme. Al ser el español mi primer lenguaje, yo queria encontrar a alguien que de verdad me entendiera y la encontre a ella, despues de vivir durante años normalizando la depresion, ansiedad, déficit de atención y mucho más, hoy estoy entendiendo y en tratamiento para todos esos sintomas y porfin puedo ver la luz al final del túnel ❤️❤️❤️

Brenda has been working with both my kiddos for a while now and she is the BEST! She really takes the time to listen, assess the situation, and to come up with solutions. She is so kind and caring and truly loves what she does. My kids feel very comfortable talking with her and the transformation in them has been amazing!
