Been coming here for a few years. They are always fast and professional.

This company needs better communication with this patients. You'll receive emails confirming your upcoming appointments, but they don't include addresses for the place. You're supposed to go. I had a lot of problems with their scheduling company, not calling me back, and just generally not good customer service.

Their billing is always wrong. They were off on their quotes. My eyes are dry n irritable every day since the eye surgery. The pain post surgery was a 10 n follow ups did nothg more than charge me for more folloe ups. 2 years post surgery n still blurry.

When I started going to this practice I had Dr. Matt. He was great. I had both eyes that needed cataract surgery. Had it done by Dr. Matt and it went fine. Now here is when the wheels fall off. I went in for my cataract cleaning and it went fine. Then one day I get a call saying I missed my appointment. I asked what appointment? For what? She says it’s for my cataract cleaning. I told her I had that done over a year ago. Oh, that makes sense. I didn’t get charged for a missed appointment I didn’t make. About a month later I scheduled an appointment to get my eyes checked because my vision was changed and I was getting headaches. I have my calendar in front of me and I wrote the appointment down. I go to my appointment and they say they don’t have an appointment. Really?! So I scheduled another appointment and they say my appointment is for another day. I have many doctors appointments due to having encephalitis 10 years ago. I have never missed an appointment with any of them. But I miss an appointment for a procedure I had a year ago then say I had the wrong date?! I gave them one more try and scheduled a eye exam. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When they got me into a room I waited another 20 minutes. Finally the doctor comes in. He doesn’t introduce himself to me. He immediately gets to the exam and sends me on my way with a prescription. Not only that but the prescription way wrong.

I was seen for a glow up by Melina RN, my entire experience was flawless! From the moment I entered the office the staff greeted me both professionally and with respect. Melina is a true artist, I am very excited with my results, as I understand the importance of first impressions I believe in consistent results that enhance natural beauty while erasing a few tired years. I would never recommend Eye doctors of Az! They basically stole 10,000 dollars for a failed cataract surgery! I see worse now than before the surgery! Bottom line is that they only care about the MONEY not the patient! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR EYES, DON'T LET THEM DO CATARACT SURGERY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Oh, and after the surgery fails, they will blame you...he had the nerve to ask what type of car do I drive, and do I keep it clean! UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS!!!

Excellent service. My prescription is perfect. Friendly atmosphere. I recommend this office.

Ok, had 2 procedures 10k 6 months ago and have sections in my sight where I cant see. Can't see near or after 20 feet. There's a sweet spot that I can. I guess I can be just happy that im not blind, just disappointed and wished i went somewhere else. Lets see if my followup and decisions on what to do at this point goes...and maybe ill change my review. To be continued..

The supervisor at the specific location refused give me service and did not make an appointment because I have a pending charge for $55. I thought health is first.
