Visited the office on June 3, Mesa Office. Staff lost all of my paper work, referrals, lab reports, medical records from my primary care physician and was extremely rude to me. I personally handed in my referral 6 weeks prior and they said I never did. The heavy set woman at the front desk was extremely rude. I have never experienced rudeness in this manner snd such unprofessionalism.

We truly enjoy our appointments with Dr. Marayati. He is on time, caring, direct and answers all of our questions. He has also noticed things other Drs. have not diagnosed. Thank you Dr. Marayati.
