Jeff literally saved my life and for that I’m truly thankful he has gone above and beyond and I’ve given that man a hard time lol! I can’t say enough good things about him and everyone in that office! Thank you guys❤️

My two sons were referred to Jeff by our pediatrician to have services and support for their ADHD and anxiety. Since we started seeing him the change in my boys is remarkable! They are happier, healthier, more focused and making so much progress. They are thriving at school and bonding more to the family Jeff is kind, understanding and my kids love him! They always want to tag along to the others appointment so they can see him. I feel comfortable and included in their treatment. He is brilliant, and devoted to helping his patients. I trust him and know my sons are getting the best care.

We have seen Jeff for over 2 years now. He takes great interest in our child’s well being. Asks the tough questions to make sure our child is doing well and TAKES his time in waiting for an answer. We have never been rushed out the door. He prescribes medicine if needed and makes sure it is the best medicine for the individual. We are continually checking in to make sure our child is getting the best treatment possible. Highly recommend for children, adults, military/first responders and their families.

I have seen Jeff for over 2 years now. He has helped me through some very tough times in my life and I am very grateful. He truly cares about his patients and reassures me of that every time I see him. He has helped me with my difficult to treat depression through the use of ketamine therapy and helped me work through various issues by helping me make sense of my thoughts. He also has the sweetest dogs that help make each visit easier. Jeff is the best!

I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Jeff for about a year now - he has been the best influence on my daughter! He is very attentive to her needs and providing support for her through very tough times. There are signs posted in the office about potentially being late due to the nature of the office and that additional time may be spent with patients when it is needed and the same courtesy will be offered to "you" as well. We have never felt rushed whenever we were in his office, all attention is on us while we are meeting with Dr. Jeff and he shows this to everyone. Melvin, his Saint Bernard is also a huge plus! My daughter takes his card every time we come to visit the office.

I’m nearing the end of my second round of TMS with Jeff and Candy and might I just say my life has been forever changed! I have struggled severely with postpartum depression and anxiety, it’s been a very long 3 years. I started seeing Jeff when I was 15 weeks pregnant with my second child as my previous postpartum turned into severe depression and anxiety, we talked about TMS during pregnancy and I thought heck why not give it a shot! It was great, the anxiety was less and the depression was almost non existent, when we got closer to my due date we decided that we would do a second round after my baby was here to be proactive in cutting my postpartum depression and anxiety before it began, and while I never would’ve imagined this be possible, it worked. I am now 2 months postpartum and I feel like a completely different person. A HAPPY person. I’m able to be present in my kiddos life mentally and physically. I’ll never stop advocating for this treatment because I never thought something would work. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you Jeff for telling it like it is and helping me grow and heal!

I love how down to earth Jeff is with my daughter. Even though some days she’s grumpy when she comes in he will always get a smile out of her and i think deep down even tho she doesn’t say it but she appreciates it. He is vary open and doesn’t sugar coat anything and tells it like it is and I appreciate that! The front staff is quick to follow up and always super friendly when we walk through the door.

We LOVE Jeff and his staff. Have multiple family members that see him and are very happy! Jeff is honest and down to earth, very much appreciated.

I recently found the courage to not only admit but also tend to mental health concerns that I have been ignoring for more than two decades. I saw the ketamine treatment pamphlets while sitting in the lovely lobby at Foundations for Change waiting for my son's appointment. I thought, "Wow, this is really a thing?" I proceeded to conduct my own research and requested a consultation. Any questions, ambivalence, and anxiety were all alleviated by the Foundations for Change team and their highly skilled leader, Jeff Edelman. The team provided my ketamine treatment with consistent consideration to the entire process being comfortable and fully focused on my wellness. The treatments are easy, safe, and I saw an immediate impact. To my surprise, and I must be honest, I was a bit skeptical, by the time I reached completion of the treatment, I was experiencing something I had not felt in years...contentment. I have felt more grounded, centered, motivated, clear-minded, and ready to address several issues that I have been stuffing down for years. I faced minimal side effects (no more than a headache the first few days after treatment began). Being a licensed mental health professional, I would highly recommend further exploring this treatment to anyone that has struggled with resistant or chronic mental health conditions.
