Dr. O. is an amazing physician! He is accessible, competent, compassionate, professional and truly cares about his patients. He is also supported by an outstanding team of professionals. I expect an amazing delivery of services from health care providers I entrust with my life. Dr. O. does not disappoint!!!!

The employees here are so very uplifting and joyful. They have an employee name Shanel she so lovable and very polite. I recommend 1,000% 👍🏾👍🏾

Dr O is a good, supportive doctor with an outstanding staff. He will listen to your concerns and is very straightforward with his care. I absolutely love his staff, as they always handle my needs efficiently, even when I was a new patient. Dr O does telemed, and has never been late for in-person or telemed appointments.

I saw Dr O for several years at my own fault. I suffer from generalized anxiety and depression and was undiagnosed when I started seeing him. He is absolutely condescending, unprofessional and has the worst bed side manners. He made me cry several times through out the years, telling me it was all in my head and I just needed to ignore the pain. He insisted everything was related to my anxiety and depression even after a year of therapy and having my psychiatrist call him to suggest some testing since she didn’t think anxiety/depression was the issue anymore. The way she spoke to her, belittling her. She advised me to see another doctor and to report his behavior. It took me some time but after a while I was able to leave and start with a new doctor that is the complete opposite. I wish I had listened to everyone around me sooner about changing doctors. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.

The girl that works at the desk taking calls to make appointment with me had a attitude, she should not be working there if she cant deal with customer service this is not a job for her maybe she should go work at wal mart greeting people to start off learning customer service first.

I recently had an appointment with Dr.Oppong-Takyi. This was by far the most inappropriate and unprofessional doctors appointment I have ever gone to. His demeanor when he walked in the door was the start, his shoulders were down and didn’t even say hello. So I had to begin asking him questions, as I was asking questions he got insanely impatient with me, raised his voice through his hands up and said “your not listening to me!” I felt that his behavior/ demeanor was extremely threatening and belittling to me I had no choice but to tell him that the appointment was over and I had to walk out. Leaving me with questions unanswered and extremely flustered. But it didn’t stop there as I was leaving he approach the receptionist and began to talk about me. I sincerely recommend to anyone reading this to not see this doctor.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Oppong-Takyi. This was my first visit as a new patient. I recently relocated to this area. I needed a primary care physician and a physical. I found Dr. O to be very considerate and genuine. He was quite thorough in his examination even sending me for lab work. I thought I would have a hard time finding a physician as good as the one I had in Michigan and now I have ended my sesrch.
