Courtney was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me with my sprained lumbar which was extremely painful and had been ongoing for 3 weeks until I found her. Courtney used a shockwave therapy machine which cured me thankfully cause I wasn’t sure what to do for the pain. She also used a steroid. The machine was a bit painful but it had to be to break up the tissues. It was a good but bad pain. I saw her once a week for just 2 weeks and I was cured. I have already referred her to a couple friends.

Courtney took a holistic view of my injuries and really dug into how my broken foot was healing (or not). She helped to navigate my recovery plan and this gave me the confidence to start the process of getting back on my feet and moving. The shock wave treatments work! You can feel it making an impact on the healing process at every visit. I have visited her office in Phoenix 4 times now and the difference in my ability to walk is significant! I purchased the package of 10 visits and I am so glad I did. Plus she is just really nice and actually cares about you. If you are in pain go talk to her!

I have searched all over for someone like Courtney. I inquired in the evening about an appointment and she called me the next day first thing in the morning and was able to get me in. She treated my surgically repaired ankle and a new achilles injury I recently suffered. She did a full evaluation and went over the treatment process. She did a shockwave treatment (the sound was so relaxing I almost fell asleep) on my ankle and achilles. The swelling on my ankle was noticeably different immediately after the treatment and the next day it looked normal (which it had not since the surgery). I live in California and flew down to see her before a big golf event, and I will continue to commute for treatment. Courtney is very professional, knowledgable, and her shockwave technology is years beyond other treatment I have received!

Courtney is amazing! I’ve been dealing with a lingering foot injury from December 2021, saw a podiatrist a few times & it still wasn’t 100% healed, so I found Courtney from all her reviews & I’m so glad I did. She made my initial appointment a comfortable experience, and I truly felt heard & understood. Courtney is a great example of being an active listener, she’s empathetic, and she’s very knowledgeable about healing injuries. She gave me a ton of options and recommendations (like at least 10), and she also encouraged me to advocate for myself if I didn’t feel comfortable with something, which I really appreciated. She has set me up with an amazing care team and my foot is finally healing! I can’t even explain how relieved I am to have met Courtney, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I couldn't of asked for a more comforting visit. Never had I imagined what an awesome experience I would encounter. Full circle does not only make you feel welcomed, but offers great professional experience with most comforting atmosphere. I went in for knee aspiration and provider completed such a satisfying yet precise procedure.She is amazing and has great hands to complete all you needs.She definately made me feel at home.I highly recomend full circle above any sports medicine facility. Courtney was able to help me with my hip, knee, and IT band more than anyone else I went to see. I came to her feeling frustrated with conflicting opinions and no real direction for how to reduce my pain and get back to normal. She gave me a concrete regiment to follow that worked! It was amazing to feel heard and have a real plan to follow with a timeline to get better!

This is how medicine should be. They actually get back to you right away. You don’t have to wait a long time to be seen. They can generally get you in quickly. The facility is really nice, it is not like a typical cramped doctors office that reeks of rubbing alcohol. It is comfortable and casual. I love that they only take one person at a time so you are never stuck in a waiting room with a bunch of strangers. The practitioners are fantastic. Very personable and great listeners. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been several times and the practitioners take great care of me. Most recently I was there for severe tendinitis in my elbow. They did everything they could to not only treat the injury, but mitigate the pain. I am a professional musician, and was not able to play the guitar without their help. Could not recommend this place more highly. If you are fed up with doctors and the system in general, this place is a great alternative.

Courtney is a talented, compassionate orthopedic Rockstar! She performed two rounds of PRP on my shoulder, elbows and hips due to weightlifting as weekend of warrior. The nagging injuries had been plaguing me for over a year, and I am finally regaining function, and pain free. As an Emergency Physician, I was so impressed with her knowledge, bedside manner, and comfort. She even was able to perform injections whilst my one year old, was fussy and crying-with such ease! She has been communicative, caring, and followed up pre and post visit. She is a delight to work with, and I would recommend her even other phsyciian colleagues.
