Dr Umphrey is a very kind, understanding doctor who listened to me diagnosing my nerve pain and making a good plan of treatment. He puts you at ease answering all questions taking the necessary time with you. The office staff very friendly never having to wait to be seen.Wishing all Dr Offices were as good. I highly recommend Dr Umphrey to anyone who needs help with neurological discomfort and pain.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Umphrey for about 34 years and have had compassionate and excellent care. He takes the time for evaluation and diagnosis and then treatment of problems which I’ve had several as I’ve aged. Between his care and the courtesy and efficiency of his staff I’ve been more functional than I might have been without his care. The associated therapy group is also excellent and provides very good care.

Dr. Umphrey is very friendly and courteous as well as all of the staff. He explained everything on a level I could understand and listened to my complaints of my pain and functioning issues. He recommended a plan of care that was sensible and I just had my first injection. I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back, neck or leg pain for a correct diagnosis and conservative treatment including physical therapy with highly specialized physical therapists.

Dr. Umphrey has no regard for newly referred patients and allows his mean spirited staff to lie and abuse their authority. They put up many barriers to patient care and continuity of care. My daughter and I were treated very badly when I asked for an office manager. My 19 year old was retaliated against for it.
