There is no better experience than having Dr. Kwong as your physician. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Your vision health deserves his care. He is the best.

I saw Dr. Henry M. Kwong, Jr. for the first time today. He walked into the exam room and immediately got down to brass tacks about my diagnosis, in a calming, highly educational, and compassionate manner. He explained my treatment options and possible treatment complications in detail and educated me about realistic expectations. As far as I can recall, he's the first physician that I ever saw, who when I ran out of questions, encouraged me to ask more questions. He wasn't done answering questions until I was done asking them, several times. Five stars, no reservations. And as far as I am concerned, the staff at ARC was well-educated, competent, efficient, and friendly. I was very happy to find this specialized eye care facility in Prescott.

Dr. Kwong is an excellent Dr. My whole experience was totally painless (wet macular injections). Entire staff is Awesome.

Dr. Kwong does a very good job treating his patients. I had to have an eye injection for my macular degeneration and it was pretty much painless. Very friendly and personable! I highly recommend Dr. Kwong if you are looking for a Retina specialist!

Unfortunately, my experience has not been good. First, the office called me the night before at 5:10 pm and said my surgery may have to be delayed. She called me at 10:55 the next am and said it was a go....very stressful as I live an hour away from the surgery planned for noon. Following, the next day I had to see another dr who wouldn't answer questions because he didn't do the surgery! It has been 6+ months and my vision is still not back-he said to go to a Cornea specialist but couldn't refer me to anyone! Cornea specialist doesnt recommend surgery and I may have to live with the blur in my L eye if it doesn't clear on its own! Not good!

Absolutely I would recommend Dr. Kwong to family and friends. He is warm and responsive and his eye injection technique is painless. He is relaxed and provides me with a relaxed feeling. I am very confidant of the capability of Dr. Kwong. I feel fortunate to have his excellent care.

Dr. Kwang was incredibly professional while being personable and kind. He found a tear in my retina and he treated it in office immediately. It was a very easy process and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I chose this office and got to see Dr. Kwang. The fact that he is dedicated to taking the time he needs with each patient makes it worth any long wait you may have. Give them a chance. Quality of care takes time.

Service is disturbing nurses are super disrespectful and rude. Doctors never show up on time. Wait time is a joke.

He has a calm caring demeanor and really cares about his patients. He has a great sense of humor and has the wonderful ability of putting you at ease, which is very important since he is giving me shots in my eyeballs!!! :)

Dr. Kwong was very warm and engaging on my first visit and he continues to greet me with joy and humor. He thoroughly assessed my condition each time I visited, and encouraged all my questions ? and I have a lot of questions. He listened to me and I never felt rushed. I am impressed with his knowledge and skill. He is a very kind person. I think most of us are terrified to lose our vision and his manner is calming. I felt confident in his diagnosis and plan of treatment ?oh, and it worked!
