List of Ironwood Cancer & Research Center's Reviews
After having to have a PICC line put in (for 6 weeks of antibotics) at HonorHealth Hospital on Osborne when I was admitted for an infection next to my incision on my leg (broken femur had to have a rod, plate and screws put in a few weeks earlier), I was having issues with some shoulder pain in the same arm. An ultra sound was performed and they found some small blood clots in my arm. Dr. Low explained everything to me. When I was released from the hospital an had to go for my first office visit, I wasn't kept waiting, he was very thorough and left time for questions. I felt more at ease after he explained my situation to me. I didn't feel rushed. I would highly recommend him.
I will give 5 stars on her because of Dr Klein. She really cares about her patient's and is knowledgeable. Linda the scheduler is outstanding and gets me in fast. Katie is also great and she went above and beyond for me. The only negative I have is that someone called me the day before my appointment and wanted to know why im seeing Dr Klein when you have or had cancer its very good reason to come more than once a year if issues arise. You think they would want you to be proactive. I said Dr Klein called me and said if anything comes up come see her.
Great providers, HORRIBLE telephone service. You can’t get a hold of anyone ever, they always prompt you to leave a message that they do NOT check. I’ve been trying to reschedule an appointment and still can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve tried since before noon and it’s 240 now. It’s extremely irritating.
Don't expect anything but a phone call, and they don't post results promptly. Don't think Hematologist here is going to work out. When there are certainly good Complete Remission treatments available why tell a person over the phone they still have a "few years to enjoy life" before any treatment is provided or discussed. I will see how this turns out and may change my review but still . . .

Great place!
So far we are happy with the service the staff is friendly and helpful.
I have been seeing Dr. Isaac since 2010. Could not ask for a more caring and professional person. I am going to miss him. I hope he is enjoying his retirement. The staff, front office, back office and infusion center have gone out of their way to make sure my family is well informed of my treatment. I will see Dr. Ewing today. He came highly recommended by Dr. Isaac's. I have and will continue to recommend this group.
I really like all the doctor and nurses
Unbelievably rude! There's certainly enough stress for a patient and their family when dealing with a diagnosis of cancer. This office staff prides themselves on causing stress and conflicts with patients both face to face and over the phone. It's clearly a game to them and they are good at causing undo grief. They lost all electronic records for my 84 yo mother and when I gave them paper files to make copies of while I waited, they lost the paper copies too!! Of course then it was all my fault. Pathetic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
