Really loke her she is very caring

For my annual visit, I have been trying to get her to change the listing with my insurance to a "Routine Annual Visit" from an "Office Visit" so I don’t have to pay the $40 copay. I have my annual every November and she is “was” my new doctor and made an error. I have not heard back from her yet after a week even though I spoke with 3 people at the office. She doesn't seem to be very attentive or caring. She also can’t prescribe me my ADHD meds and sent me elsewhere. I was told by the assistant that he was covered under my insurance but after I double-checked he is not. I still haven’t received any other doctors that can be assigned to me or any other options. Please note that the doctor they sent me to are all only physician's assistants for ADHD meds and he was kind of a jerk when I asked him for help. I received zero help from him. I need my meds next month and I’m running out of time. Per Dr. Jacqueline Doris I must see one of these people at least every 3 months (for now) at $40 per visit which is not required by my insurance but is required by them. I will most likely change to another doctor for next year if she doesn’t work with me. I’m also looking elsewhere for a professional regarding my ADHD meds. This office didn’t impress me, it’s been a major letdown.

Dr. Jackie Doris has been the best to me and mine and we are truly happy to have her as the medical exoert that she is. She will help you and can trust all her judgements for yiur health. I am most appreciative for her care of my love ones and myself God Bless her and keep her always. Thank you Doctor Doris.

Dr. Doris is amazing, but so is her medical staff and office! I recently changed insurance and they made it so easy. I’ve been a patient since the 1990s and have no plans to change even though I’m old now.

She's a wonderful Dr. Very caring and follows up with you. Has a very gentle demeanour.

Dr Doris is friendly and composed. She diagnosed my puffy eye as being more than a sty. her referral lead to the discovery of a skull tumor and life saving brain surgery. Unfortunately, I now have Obamacare and can't see Dr Doris anymore.

I think that the office is in disarray...

I AM SO THANKFUL TO BE A PATIENT OF DR DORIS'S I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS AND IF NOT FOR HER I COULD HAVE BEEN IN TROUBLE I WAS SEEING ANOTHER DR. AND WAS TOLD I NEEDED EXERSISE AND VITAMINS AFTER GOING BACK TO JACKIE SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY ISSUES AND I WAS SENT FOR TESTS AND THE CONCLUSION I HAVE LUNG CANCER . THANK YOU DR DORIS I AM SO GRATEFUL TO YOU AND AM HOPING FOR THE BEST OUTCOME. ALSO A GREAT ASSISTANT AND THANK YOU TO LISA.FOREVER GRATEFUL

OUR FAMILY HAS BEEN GOING TO DR. DORIS FOR 14 YEARS. SHE IS, BY FAR, THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING DOCTOR WE HAVE EVER HAD. HER NURSE, LISA, IS WONDERFUL AS WELL.WE CURRENTLY LIVE IN TUCSON BUT, IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM, WE DRIVE TO PHOENIX JUST TO SEE DR. DORIS.YOU WON'T FIND A BETTER DOCTOR ANYWHERE.

I’ve been a patient for 7 years. I’d already seen several other doctors previously, with no relief and no answers,so I was desperate. Finally, I was diagnosed with a few painful conditions; the worst being poly neuropathy. I don’t mind expressing my sincerest gratitude for the compassionate treatment. The doctor literally saved my life, as my pain levels became so debilitating; I couldn’t function and was useless. All but one of the 7 medications I’d been prescribed previously was discontinued, and replaced with one new prescription. Within 24 hours, I could again take care of my family. Any special requests I have about refills on medications are always timely. The nurse demonstrates obvious forethought regarding patient needs when the doctor is on sabbatical, and I am kept informed of all test results. Office personnel are extremely courteous, not to mention very compassionate and patient! No wonder the doctors of this practice have been named in “Phoenix Top Docs” so many times!
