Careful if this doctor who had me convinced and heartbroken that my daughter needed open heart surgery right away! A second opinion with the best oediatric cardiologist in the Western Hemisphere — Dr Aldo Castenada told me a whole different story!! Hence 31 years post my daughter STILL DOESNT NEED SURGERY. Don’t trust this doctor. Many problems with Philadelphia.

Dr Huhta accurately diagnosed my grandaughter's heart problems before she was born which saved her life. I will continue to engage Dr Huhta as her cardiologist as long as possible. He is a great doctor.

Dr. Huhta is caring for my two cardiac children, now young adults. He is very responsive and caring, takes the time to discuss exercise choices, etc. He stays on top of things which is very reassuring (times two!)

James Huhta and his staff have been caring for my son since he was 6 hours old. He'll be 3 in August. Wonderful people and outstanding care. I wouldn't dream of taking my son anywhere else for cardio care.

My daughter had severe ebsteins anomoly. Dr.Huhta was great with my husband and I through the pregnancy. We had to travel to his office once a week from southwest florida and he was very understanding and did his best to keep my daughter thriving. Unfortunately she passed away at 23days, but we would have never had that time if it wasn't for Dr.Huhta.
