Jeffrey Gitt's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Gitt for 14 years. I always have been treated with respect and dignity. The professionalism and time he takes with me has always been on point.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gitt for at least 10 years. Each time I have an appointment, I have been greeted as a patient AND a friend. I had my latest appointment on 20 January 2022. During the visit, I related a new issue that had cropped up earlier in the month. He asked specific questions, and showed he heard me, and spoke to me not at me. His demeanor and knowledge are beyond reproach. I would highly recommend Dr. Gitt for anyone who is in need of a neurologist. Oh, by the way, the staff at the office are great too!

Dr. Gitt has been my neurologist for at least 10 years. During this time, he has been professional in his discussions with me about my condition, and genuinely listens and provides feedback assuring I know he understood me. During the years, I feel I can be certain I am getting the best care and attention any doctor has given me. We always share a greeting, speak about the time between appointments, and then gets down to brass tacks. His practice has helped me greatly! I can be assured anytime I call, his office staff go out of their way to assist me with appointments or anything else I call about. I cannot express my satisfaction with Dr. Gitt, and would refer anyone who asks about a neurologist to him. Thanks for all you have done for me!

Was scheduled to see Dr Gitt but ended up having my appointment with Dr. Zuniga Tuesday. Have been needing to speak to her assistant to report important information regarding my medical history previous Doctor, meds, etc...no call back. Then called Dr.Gitts assistant and left her the same message and got the same results...I am more than sure enough that they're not that busy. May ask my insurance company in case I'm wrong since I get know where calling and leaving messages.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gitt for over 10 years now. In all this time he has been caring, attentive, cordial, and above all, a great physician. When I began being his patient, I was extremely worried about my condition as what I was going through could possibly knock me out of the career I was in. He examined me, and recommend a few tests. When the tests were complete, he spoke WITH me and not TO me. His expertise and professional behavior has been excellent. I can be open and honest with him, and be assured anything I said is valuable. I have one appointment per year as a follow up and if needed, a quick answer or appointment very quickly. If they had a J.D. Power award for doctors, he would be a shoe in every year.

Highly recommended! Very helpful & extremely knowledgeable to hear your personal issues & come to a possible solution that best suits you. Dr. Gitt, is your go to Neurologist, if you need a solution!

I'm going to rate Dr Gitt for his knowledge, expertise and professional staff. He diagnosed me with Parkinson's disease several years ago. I had to question myself if I wanted to see a professional on Parkinson's or have a new best friend. Dr Gitt has no bedside manner and actually 'shushed' me at one point. I think he uses all of his brilliance on healing people. If you want a lollypop after your appointment, the jar is empty, never been filled, never will be. Dr. Gitt reminds me of an individual with Autism. In his defense he is Incredibly gifted, highly focused, deals with the task at hand and follows up on what he says. But for all his brilliance, God in her wisdom didn't give him much of a personality. We all can't be brilliant at everything. Doctor skills. 10 out of 10. Bedside manner. The reason I was on your website 'after so many years' Is because I was trying to familiarize myself with DBS as I am looking to have surgery in the next few months. I looked at your reviews and thought I'd add one. As for the autism comparison CALM DOWN RAIN MAN. You were gifted with a brain far more intelligent than mine. And yes "REALLY' to the autism comment you big girls blouse. Loosen up, I gave you five stars. You've only put an exclamation point on your lackluster personality. GRANT FANJUL

The only two times I ever called this office on behalf of my father the first individual was extremely rude with an aggravated, annoyed tone in her voice as she practically would slowly reiterate things I would not even know. The reason I called was for basic info because I'm a new DCW for my dad. I hate when people expect to know how operations go however "basic" they seem to you. Also the staff seemed to discriminate against me because my father "no Showed" for several appointments while he was homeless and living out of hotels. The staff seemed to choose not to be polite, helpful or understanding about our situation to the point where the two of three individuals I spoke to would barely let me speak and made me repeat myself several times. Horrible.

I'm honestly shocked to see all these "bad" reviews of the office and/or Dr. Gitt. I went to look up directions to his office because I always forget it's on Bell, and was really shocked at the reviews! I have never had a more *helpful* and positive experience with an office. They helped me navigate the Botox for migraines website, they are always available on the phone, and scheduling is a breeze. They've taken Covid very seriously and have made great safety precautions in the waiting room and patient room. Dr. Gitt is absolutely the best. He's so kind, patient, and caring. He really listens to you. It's not an exaggeration to say he's changed my life for the better. I used to be riddled with migraines, unable to live my life. He took his time and helped me. I cannot thank Dr. Gitt enough. I feel like every time I'm in his office I want to thank him for all the life he gave back to me and my family.

I came to The Center for Neurology and Spine to see Dr. Gitt this past March after being passed from Dr. to Dr. None of whom had any answers for what was going on with me or even seemed to care that I was in a lot of pain and needed help. As soon as I had my first appointment with Dr. Gitt, I knew he would be able to help. He diagnosed me with cervical dystonia and was very personable and understanding. He told me he would be able to help and even went out of his way to get me the botox treatment right then. Dr. Gitt has given me four botox treatments, which have helped me immensely. The nurses and staff are also courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Gitt to anyone out there considering seeing him.
