Jessica L. Fraker's Online Review Report Card

Dr Fraker is one of the most amazing Dr's I have ever met. She is very concerned for her patients. I hope I have the pleasure of being with her for many years...what a sweetheart. And also her nurse Alexis is supper kind! You CAN'T go wrong with this group. So happy...so blessed

Dr. Fraker was an exceptionally good Dr. Who is no longer at Banner Health! I tried to get info about why to no avail? Can not find her or acting currently online. The staff never contacted me to let me know she was gone when I inquired I was told that was her responsibility? Not sure what is going on just wish I knew where she went I have always received best care from Dr. Fraker!

Dr. Fraker and her staff are exceptionally easy to communicate with. I moved to Banner after fighting unsuccessfully trying to communicate with my doctor at Dignity. Phone calls are answered quickly by a central staff and nursing station and they relay the information to the doctor's office quickly. Even more effective is the Banner Health Portal that allows me to communicate directly with Dr. Fraker directly and I usually get answers back within a few hours. I have even sent and gotten answers back on the weekends and at odd hours. Dr. Fraker goes beyond this high bar. During a time when I was getting mixed results on my insulin and diabetes medication Dr. Fraker assigned a Banner case management nurse to give me a weekly call to go over any specific or general health concerns. Dr. Fraker is a highly skilled professional who is deeply committed to patient care and communicating with her patients. Readers should disregard the previous review who criticized the communication regime with Dr. Fraker and her office. They maintain the highest level of communication with their patients and you will be well rewarded with excellent care if you choose Dr. Fraker as your primary physician.

Dr. Fraker is a compassionate, energetic physician who takes the time to listen. She is an outstanding clinician who uses her intellectually curiosity to thoroughly explore her patients' health.

I work in the healthcare industry and have sympathy for providers, especially ones accepting new patients. But, the way Jessica and her team went about even scheduling an appointment was entirely unprofessional. I booked an appointment more than 1.5 months about because that was her earliest availability. Then, the week of the appointment, they call and tell me she is unavailable and the earliest they would be able to get me in is 1+ week out. I get it things come up, but service, communication, and operations is VERY poor. Glad it came up now, then when it was something urgent.

I first saw Dr Fraker post surgery for a blood clot and other things. I had never seen her before. My experience with Dr Fraker has been nothing short of outstanding. She's very kind, patient , and caring. She actually listens to her patients and provides excellent care. Her office staff is equally as professional and kind. I would recommend this Dr to anyone.
