Dr. Macias is an excellent physician, and has vast experience. It was a privilege to work emergency cases with him at Banner University Medical Center and I was delighted he was accepting new patients when I needed him. Can not recommend his skill highly enough.Anita P.

Dr Macias is a good doctor and very caring. However, dealing with his rude staff is very upsetting. After a mix up with appointments I could no longer schedule to see Dr Macias and they had no right to make that decision for me. The gal I spoke with on the phone was rude and did not care about my issues. Time to find a new doctor.

He has done nothing for me! He told me that he didn't know what was going on with my balance. I have been seeing Dr. Macias for years and never thought I would get that kind of treatment. I think it's time to find a doctor that cares about finding the problem not telling you I don't know what's going on!

I went to Dr. Macias with a hope of getting help and and an answer to ear ringing I've experienced which affects my sleep. Dr. Macias is very experienced and knowledgeable, has a great patient manner and is kind and a nice person. I am very impressed with Dr. Macias and believe he will get me some answers and relief for this irritating condition. He joined Valley ENT and wow! are they lucky to have him and his expertise! Previously saw an ENT dr, who is a good dr., but, basically told me I have to live with the ear ringing....when first, you need to get a correct diagnosis first: this practice finally has a ENT who can do just that! Dr. Macias also takes the time to call you back personally to answer a question personally (what dr ever does that anymore? --not many). Highly recommend Dr. Macias! (It's a further drive for me but well worth it.)

Didnt listen to my symptoms. Didnt review my previous MRI and CT scan. Just read the Summary. Staff was rude with initial scheduling.

Dr. John Macias is an excellent doctor. He stays in the room to answer all of your questions in no hurry. He is very communicative and a good listener.

We came to Dr Macias after we had been told that our daughter would never hear out of her left ear. Fast forward a year later and we are going to find out in a week just how well she CAN hear! Her quality of life has changed so much. She plays with other kids and interacts at home. We no longer think about putting her in special programs at school, we are looking forward to her having a "normal" life. Dr Macias and my daughter laugh and joke, she has had two surgeries and neither of them have caused her anxiety or much pain. It has been an amazing experience and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a true professional and expert in this field!
