It was great to meet Dr. Wallace. He really listened and understood that I want to get my mobility back to normal. He quickly assessed what I need & asked me if that was what I want. I feel positive about the path I'm on.

Worst experince I ever had visiting a doctor. He made assumptions that my back pain was due to my age before reviewing my records. When I told him I needed him to sign paperwork to allow me to work from home he said he didnt have time to review it. He then insinuated that I was just trying to get out of having go back to office. I tried to explain my issue and he barely listened to me. He kept asking if my legs hurt even though I told him it was my back. He was very rushed like I was wasting his time. He wanted to schedule physical therapy even though he didnt know what was causing the pain.

All the employees I spoke with were friendly, attentive, professional. Dr Wallace was outstanding, he makes you feel comfortable and keeps you informed. During your procedure he always ask how your doing and makes you comfortable. Outstanding Dr and person. His support staff is equal to the task. Thanks for the great experience again.

This is a doctor who doesn't like communication very much. My English is not good, so I asked the doctor to contact an interpreter for me. I don't know if he was troubled or what, whether I could understand or not. Finally, he asked me if I understood it. I said that when we met, I told you that I needed an interpreter. My English was not good, so he was angry and said that there were other patients behind him. Either you should have an injection or you should go to other doctors. I don't know if I annoyed him or something. This doctor is really me.
