Dr. Yi has all of the qualities that I look for in a doctor. He was very pleasant, attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable. He was an excellent communicator and did not rush the office visit. He made me feel like an individual and not just another patient. Even though it took months to get an appointment, he is definitely worth the wait.

I chose Dr. Yi to perform my prophylactic bso in 2016. He was at my bedside prior to my laproscopic surgery to go over labs and the procedure with me. I woke up the first day after my surgery with no pain. In fact, after a few days, I forgot I had just had surgery and kept lifting things I should not have been. Oops. He also took the time to explain what SE I may experience post surgery. Great doctor. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Yi ran no bloodwork while I saw him for a year. He didn't even bother to check and see if I was pregnant before my pelvic surgery with him. Unfortunately this doctor is not concerned with getting to the root of a patient's issue or safely treating them.

I am a bit confused as to why Dr. Yi chose to be in the field of women's care. He is condescending, laughs at patients and lacks empathy. Unfortunately he does not have what it takes to diagnose a patient either. He has mis-prescribed the wrong medications a few times and also forgot to perform a portion of my surgery that we agreed upon in the pre-op appointment and moments before surgery. I don't know what it would take to bring this doctor down to earth and put himself in his patient's shoes.
