I have never had such a thorough and detailed appointment. Dr. Carter even showed me the pictures of my MRI’s and explained what was going on. I didn’t have to remember what we talked about because he provided very detailed notes of our appointment. He was very patient and thorough. He truly listened and documented. All I can say is ... wow!

Dr. Carter and his staff are the absolute best people I have had contact with in dealing with my illness. He listens. Did I mention he listens? He does not rush your appointment he takes his time with his exams and also making sure that he paraphrases. Very important to me because that shows he listens. I felt so doomed about my diagnoses until I went to the Mayo and became a patient of Dr. Carter's. God bless this man and continue to bless him with the compassion he has and his awesome staff.

I visited Dr.Jon Carter at Mayo after my local Neurologist got me into thinking that I am going to die within the next few months due to a Spinal Cord tumor. Dr. Carter got my life back. The diagnosis is MS but I am going to live for a long time to come..
