Got there at 1:30 appt for 2:00. Put in room and sat there 45 minutes. Finally had enough pain. I opened door, yelled, "did anyone forget I was here? Was told "We're running behind I could wait or reschedule". So no courtesy notice, someone could of said, sorry we're running behind to give me the opportunity to stick around or come back another day. Long story short I left!

Very sloppy Dr menendez next time when you taking tumor take all stap let reading left hours take a whole tumor stop living leftovers now somebody have to go in there and take it and I have to pay for it so disappointed and then don't tell me it was close to the brain surface if somebody else can take it out while you cannot do that very disappointing so sad and my head going to get drilled again and I'm going to have surgery because you left that leftovers

I had lower back surgery from him he fixed me back now I'm suffering from nevrpain i now have neuropathy thanks to him been 6 years like this wish I could rewind back and make the right decision
