Initial visit went well. Dr Bingham was well prepared, courteous and took as long as I needed for questions. Surgery date he again displayed all of the characteristics of a comfortable, competent and knowledgeable surgeon. Consider yourself lucky if Dr Bingham is your surgeon.

I was brought in by ambulance after a terrible accident/fall in Feb. 2020. I am blessed and grateful that Dr. Bingham was on call and performed my surgery. He is talented, competent and a kind soul.

Did not care about me or what I had to say. Terrible bedside manner, I felt unheard and unwanted.

I first met Dr. Bingham last year for my knee pain. It did take awhile to get in to be seen but it was worth the wait. We tried everything before surgery because I was so hesitant about having surgery. He did not try to push me into having surgery which I really appreciated. However the injections only lasted a short time so we decided to go ahead with surgery. Knee replacement is not an easy recovery, but Dr. Bingham and his staff were great, and I am now so glad that I got my knee replaced.

Outstanding. Dr. Bingham changed by life. He was very caring and patient with all my questions. I will recommend him to all of my friends. Thank you Dr. Bingham!

Dr. Bingham was on time, and really seemed to care. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my hip, and the surgery went great. I was up walking the same day, and home the next morning.

From out of town I arrived at Mayo with great expectations, and left in dismay after my appointment. I came armed with a folder containing xrays, 2 MRI's and written reports from 2 previous doctors who weren't absolutely certain I needed a hip replacement. Every thing went well until I met the doctor. He saw that I was using a walker, told me to stand up. I took a couple of steps and then said, "Yes, you need a hip replacement." He wasn't interested in looking at my other MRI's or reports, just sat down in his chair - folding his arms - then said I would be called for a surgery date. He gave me a look that signaled he was done with me. My actual appointment was less than 5 minutes. This was my first visit to a Mayo Clinic - and definitely my last, as I would never have a surgery done under his care. In my opinion, Mayo has a beautiful setting but little more. This dr might be the only rotten apple in the entire slew of drs, but I won't chance this ever again. August 2019.

I gave details to Sara in Patient Experience. I am NOT upset that there no resolution. I am upset that I spent time and money to come there from L.V. for you to do an X-Ray, and tell me to go home for additional testing that COULD and SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE THERE! That is why I came! Then you said you did NOT have my medical records that I confirmed were there for a whole MONTH! YOUR LACK OF EFFORT was a slap in the face to me. You should NOT BE SENDING YOUR PATIENTS AWAY! I will go to UCLA in the future as TRUST CANNOT BE REGAINED! I recommend anyone else to go to UCLA where my wife was treated WONDERFUL there! Your CARE was HORRIBLE!
