Almost six years with this office, and I was abandoned, out of nowhere, after I requested they maintain my privacy rights. Milaney, Kelly Isbell’s medical assistant at HonorHealth Arcadia violated my HIPPAA protected information TWICE, but instead of rectifying the problem- I was abandoned. I wasn’t give any reason, warning, or bridge care until I could find a new doctor, nothing. Just unanswered questions about why she set up appointments in my name, shared my insurance information without my knowledge or consent, discussed medications with providers offices I’d never been to; andwhen I messaged the doctor asking for this to please stop she discontinued my medical care entirely. First I was lied to about it, then dodged,, then blocked me from my online medical records and history, and I haven’t ever been told why. The worst part is I am battling chronic illness, and have been debilitated on more than two occasions in the past year, have required hospitalization and emergency surgery, and am in need of medical care but I have been abandoned by my primary care physician - in the middle of a pandemic so scheduling somewhere new is next to impossible. This situation has been a nightmare and Kelly Isbell should be better equipped to manage her patients privacy concerns, or at least have the decency to talk to them, instead of abandoning them in time of medical need.

Dr. Kelly Isbell is the best doctor I’ve ever worked with. She is thoughtful, intelligent, and has excellent bedside manner. She is extremely responsive via the online MyChart system and is always on top of my care. I would definitely recommend her.

I had been ill for at least 7 days. Made an appointment for a telehealth visit on a Friday at 1:40pm. Waited 30 minutes - no doctor ever connected. I called to find out what was going on. Apparently, they had left a message on my phone (never heard it ring) at 8.30 that morning saying the doctor was going to be out that day. So....you have appointments but you just blow them off to take a 3-day weekend? The message that was left was extremely soft and I could barely hear what they were saying. No one ever checked back in with me - I guess they figured they did their due diligence by leaving a phone message for someone who was completely ill, out of it, and needed to see a doctor. Extremely disappointed in this doctor and the clinic.

Appointment scheduled time is always met. Professional and friendly staff. Care about my needs. Same day Lab work results done during visit.

Dr. Isbell and her team are amazing! I’m really glad she’s my primary care physician. Dr. Isbell takes her time with me and makes sure she answers all my questions. I never feel rushed when I have a visit. Dr. Isbell also provides sound medical advice; I trust what she has to say and recommends.

My primary care physician, Dr Gosalia was not available/on Leave. I was scheduled with Dr ISBELL whom I had not seen before. Dr. ISBELL and her team were very responsive and did a terrific job with my Annual Wellness Exam
