Kristin Lau Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Lau is the best PCP I have ever had. She is so caring and spends so much time listening. There have been multiple times where I have had complex medical issues, and she has personally called medical colleagues to find me the right referral. I know that when I have a problem, she won’t stop until she figures out a way to help me.

Kristin Lau has been advising the Paradise Valley USD staff and governing board to keep schools closed even after meeting the state metrics. Shame on you, Kristin!

She has been my doctor for me and my family for over ten years. We really like her. I especially love the fact that I can email her and get a quick answer. My daughter who hated all doctors, really loves her. She is very approachable and has done a fine job caring for all of us. I have moved to the other end of the Valley but still make the 40 min trek back to her.

I've been going to Dr Lau for years and I've never had a bad or negative thing to say about her. She's an awesome doctor and even a nicer person! I see her twice per year and she keeps up with my meds, my overall health and I can talk to her about anything even if it's not medically related. I'd give her a 10 if it were available! Can't do any better than Dr Lau!!!❣

I am a retired Rn and have been with Dr. Lau for a handful of years. One of the best mds ive ever met. She listens, she cares, has great judgement, and truly makes you feel cared for. Simply the best

Hands down, the best general practitioner that I have experienced. Her model is great, you can only book up to 3 days in advance. Your wait time is never more than 10 minutes and she is well versed on all things medical. You can also communicate with her by email and she actually responds, promptly. You can't ask for more than this in a family physician.

I was lied to by one of Dr. Kristin K. Lau's employees and I called the employee out on it. An obese woman named Betty met with me and told me I had to reschedule and that she would call me later in the day. Betty called and told me Lau would no longer see me as a patient. Nice. I've been seeing her for years and one of her employees lies to me and I get blamed without even a call from Lau herself. In addition, I had a DNA test done to match medication with DNA and she's been giving me blood pressure meds that cause me more harm that good.

Dr. Lau is hands down the best physician I have ever had (and I'm 60). She cares about her patients and takes time with them. She listens!! She takes action based on you, not the general public. And if you have a sense of humor, share with her - she has a great one, which makes visits even better. I've been a patient since shortly after they opened the practice (3 docs, 1 front office person) and have never waited more than 5 minutes to see the doctor - can't beat that.
