I had no issues with the care, nor the Dr or Assistants nor the service; the SRT treatment was good and that is important. And only time will tell if it was successful. However, when it comes to charges and billing practices, beware. Get up front costs for the treatment, and make sure everything is spelled out (if you want to know). There was no rate sheet, and no cost for total treatment, only a constant circle on “out of pocket estimates”. I tried by email, by writing and verbally, but no avail. They are a well-oiled machine from the top, to have only their most experienced staff give you the run around. Trust me, over the years, my spouse and I have dealt with billing practices and statements of Doctors, Hospitals, (including Mayo numerous times), major Health insurance companies, and we have never seen anything like this! Not professional in this area. Be warned!

Did not see Dr Romine, saw a gentleman Dr. Forgot his name but he was very nice and courteous. The two assistants were very nice also. Would recommend this place to anyone,😊

As usual, very cordial and informative -- a thorough inspection, scraping a bit here and freezing a bit there with instructions to always wear a hat and sunscreen. Excellent and professional service and good advice!

The staff I had were wonderful, kind,professional, friendly and very capable. I had a melanoma removed today and my surgeon was Renee,, plus Abby and Maddie who assisted. I wasn’t the least bit nervous and felt I was in competent hands. I will never go to Another dermatology office here inAZ.
