Fantastic experience from start to finish for my lasik procedure. I was given all of the necessary info and more for a speedy recovery! I would say I’d be back but my vision is flawless post-procedure!!

Had DMEK (cornea transplant) surgery with Dr Joshua Duncan. He is excellent, I would highly recommend. All Horizon employees were kind and professional. I have been there several times and never had a bad experience.

I arrived 5 minutes early, yet sat in the waiting room 62 minutes past my appointment time before being called. I can understand waiting a few minutes, but over an hour is unacceptable. I will not be back to this business again.

Called to ask a few questions regarding cataract surgery. Never did get to speak to a knowledgeable person. How do they operate under these conditions?

I am posting this review for my sister Peggy Richards... I am from Pittsburgh and was in AZ visiting family when I realized something was seriously wrong with my eye. Called Horizon Eye Specialists and had an appointment immediately. I walked into a very organized, welcoming and caring organization. Once Dr Brian Zembower did all the pertinent test, he said that I really needed to see their glaucoma specialist Dr Sara Ghobrael. She was not in the office, however they called her and she came to see me that day. She is the most intelligent, compassionate Dr. that I have seen in my 75 years. She walked me through every step of the way of her diagnosis and the importance of immediate surgery. As scary as it was, she made me feel comfortable and I am so happy I found her. My surgery was very successful, I was diagnosed perfectly and she accommodated and worked around my schedule so I could see her. She even came in to the office on her day off. Once she felt comfortable that I was stable enough to fly back home, she gave me instructions on what to do and what to discuss with my Dr’s at home. If it were not for Dr Ghobrael I truly believe the outcome could have been devastating. I really cannot thank everyone at Horizon enough and especially Dr Ghobrael.

I saw better before my surgery now blurry eyes told to wear glasses . My dr had baby and now I have asked questions why do I see blurry no real answer . Think twice about this and get 2 opinions. My dr is great lady and the people are nice but no answers

They are very professional, kind and caring. Highly recommend this practice!

I had my cataract surgery performed this year by Dr. Duncan, and now have 20/20 vision. Dr. Duncan is very personable besides being an excellent surgeon, and I can’t imagine having a better experience anywhere other than at Horizon Vision.

My family and I have been patients at Horizon Eye Specialists since 2015. Something have changed with them and they have decided to start charging $65 just to get a copy of the prescription (on top of the few hundred dollars they bill the insurance company for the exam). Their customer service representative was arrogant and had the "take it or leave it" attitude. You just lost our families' business.

The doctors are good, but the billing department uses unethical billing practices and they do not disclose all fees up front, and then later bill more than agreed to, and also bill for portions of the treatment separately causing multiple deductible charges from the insurance company, instead of just one. This is called unbundling and is form of unethical medical billing. Of course, this is all just my opinion, which I can legally post online.
