I am extremely satisfied with my results from Dr Leverett. My surgery went well and all my follow up appointments were great. Dr Leverett did much better than I ever expected and I have never looked that good. I can highly recommend him and will never go elsewhere. Best plastic surgeon in all of Phoenix Az I have been going to Dr Larry Leverett since 2002. I recently went in for an exchange on my implants ( 3rd go around ). I had 650 high profile and wanted to go more smaller as my DD's were not serving me anymore and wanted a more natural feel. I replaced with 400 moderate and loving how soft they feel. The whole staff is amazing and they all make you feel like family

My experience with Dr Leverett and his team was fantastic from beginning to end. They worked with me every step of the way. They made me feel like family. Questions were answered with respect, knowledge, and expertise. I had my surgery on a Friday and Dr. Leverett opened the office on Saturday so I could have my first post op appointment. If I had paid attention to some of the reviews online I would have never scheduled my consultation. I am so happy I followed my instincts and scheduled my consultation. I would highly recommend Dr Leverett and his team for all cosmetic needs and desires.

I went for a consult for a breast lift in the Fall 2022. After discussing my desired results and options, Dr. Leverett and his staff recommended a different procedure that would leave less scaring and less downtime. Um, ok, right? Well, I can't express how pleased I am with the results!! My only regret is waiting so long to commit! Dr. Leverett is a true artist, talented surgeon, and such a fun conversationalist!! The staff at Body By Leverett is very professional. They are caring and courteous, making each office visit enjoyable. If I could give 10 stars, I would! But I'm telling you, if you want great results, Body By Leverett is your answer! You won't regret it.

Dr. Leverett is so warm and welcoming. I had several consultations to have my 12 year old saline implants exchanged for silicone. The entire process was seamless and easy. Everyone in his office was available to answer any questions I had and were the greatest hype woman a girl could ask for. I am so happy with my results and my decision to go with him.

All I can say is Wowwwwwwwww!!! Dr Leverett repaired my 2 umbilical hernias and my stomach looks like I'm 18 again... I'm so happy I choice this dr and location because they make you feel at home and everyone is so nice and will answer all Of your questions... I'm so Happy with my results

I have been a patient of Dr. Leverett for 20+ years and wouldn't trust anybody else. I had a tummy tuck years ago and most recently had breast augmentation and mastopexy. My tummy tuck still looks great and I have renewed self confidence after my breast surgery. It would be a shame if I didn't mention Dr. Leveretts' ability to create the BEST belly buttons and my breasts look natural! Not only is Dr. Leverette an amazing surgeon, friendly, caring, and with bedside manners that are top notch, his staff is no different!

If I could give 0 I would. While shopping for a surgeon make sure to check the hidden reviews. I understand having a few upset patients but Dr. Leverett has quite a few with the same issues mentioned. I've had my breast done 3 times now with him, & still need a repair. After the 3rd failure I asked for him to take them out and fix what was messed up at no cost since his surgeries failed 6 weeks post (not repair the implant BUT remove, so back to square one). He spewed some bull about how it failed because of me.. LOL and that his surgical techniques were not in question at all. Basically, went on to have a screaming match bedside with me. His bedside manner is a joke, and customer service in general in the practice lacks. It's not so much about the cost but doing what was right. My asks were normal. I would not go under his knife, look elsewhere.
