Very ride staff! Would not recommend
I have never been treated so rudely. Vanessa was absolutely horrible to me because the glasses they ordered for me were bleary on the lower left lens to the point I couldn't drive my car with them, and she proceeded to tell me I didn't know how to turn my head to the left?? I've been wearing bifocals for over 20 years and had the exact same frames ordered as my last glasses which I had no problem with and now all of a sudden she doesn't want to fix the problem. BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!
Ordered several pairs of glasses June of last year. The sun glasses ($600) started "fogging" up and appeared like there was a film on them. I returned in October and told that the coating had delaminated. Since it was over a year, I had to purchase new glasses. I was told that the delamination was my fault as the glasses overheated. This is ridiculous. I keep the glasses in the glass case in an airconditioned flight deck. I have now paid ($400) to redo the original sunglasses and was told it would be 2 weeks. At four weeks I called the shop and was told that the lab scratched the lenses and it will be another week. It is frustrating to have bad time estimates and being told that a product that is sold for Arizona use is faulty due to being left in the heat. It's not the buyer's fault that the lenses delaminated. Don't sell a product that is not designed to function in the environment it is to be used; don't blame the patient for misusing the product as intended; and be realistic at to when a product will be ready. Dr. Pratt was pleasant and efficient but needs to change to a reliable lab that will provide a product that is timely and reliable. These are not cheap glasses. Also please stop having the staff blame the patient for the problems with the glass coatings. It is insulting and unprofessional.
Very bad customer service, I came to ask to pick up my glasses and this young lady who is in front of the reception told me to wait, but when another customer arrived, she did attend to him. It is terrible customer service.
Staff is great and competent.
Excellent eye doctor and wonderful staff.
On time, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable staff. Great place for eye exams and glasses! Super job guys!
I have been going to Lifetime Eye Care for my annual eye exam for the past 4 years. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. Quick check-in. And your appointment is always on time. I see Dr. Pratt. & I have never had any issues with my prescriptions. Definitely the best optometrist I have been to.
Great vision office to work with. Everything was communicated upfront and clearly. Received exam and contacts without issue. Appointments were made and kept on time.
Buyer beware, I scheduled an appointment and provided my insurance information over the phone. The insurance co-pay for an exam is $20 and they UP CHARGE an additional $29 for a total of $49. (Optomap retinal image) Lifetime Eye Care does not disclose this information on the phone while scheduling the appointment and they will slip the Up Charge in with a text to you while confirming the scheduled appointment. This communication process in my opinion is not transparent and sets consumers up for higher eye exam cost.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
