I saw Dr. Ackerman for the first time today. There was a little bit of a wait in the schedule to see her, however, I quickly realized why. She is truly a Top Doc in the metro Phoenix area. Top to bottom was a very pleasurable and easy experience. Office was clean, front staff was very nice, overall very accommodating. My appointment started on time. Tiana was efficient and dialed in during the visit. Thank you Tiana! Dr. Ackerman has a fantastic bedside manner. And clinical acumen is unprecedented. She listened and wanted to help my underlying skin condition. Dr. Ackerman discussed several options including a Plan A and a Plan B if necessary. I knew I was in great hands. Looking forward to my four week follow up with the office. Thank you so much again for taking care of my needs.

Dr. Ackerman is awesome, smart , knowledgeable. She treats the patient like a person instead of a number . She is caring, patience, not overbearing, listens and hears all of your concerns and addresses them. She doesn't rush you or sweep everything under the carpet, everything is above board and put on the table and will stay with you until you understand and not jump from one subject to another.

I am fortunate to have Dr. Ackerman as my doctor. She was recommended to me after a Melanoma was surgically removed from my foot about 8 years ago. I am still having treatment for skin cancer, but not worrying because of her checking and removing anything she considers a threat. She is the best in the valley according to the Surgeons at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

I have seen Dr. Ackerman for several visits over the years. Every appointment has been great, very professional, very friendly, very prompt and I have been very happy each time. She was adamant regarding my diagnosis without a bx. She explained, "we see this all the time".. began to treat which was highly painful. Went to get another opinion with a bx proved her wrong. She needs to make sure and not diagnose from her other patients. Each patient is an individual

I've been going to Dr. Ackerman for several years now and really appreciate her efficiency, friendliness and most importantly, her knowledge. I highly recommend her. The staff are great as well.
