Mark Syms blew me off when I asked for his help and made fun of the fact that I have a treadmill: "What do you do, hang clothes on it?" I am writing as much as I can EVERYWHERE to be certain that others know not to deal with this wicked man because all he cares about is insurance money. and profitable procedures. He never helped me with his hand it was always his physician assistant. When he saw me, he had nothing but insults to say to me. He needs reviewing because his bedside manner is nonexistant and that is very important. His cockiness is out of control and he doesn't deserve to be posted anywhere for advertisement because nobody should be subject to his ridicule!

Loved my visit with Dr Syms. He was very thorough and what I liked best was he is not an alarmist and very knowledgeable. Explained everything with great detail and I was comfortable in asking questions. Very personable and great bedside manner. Highly recommend and will recommend to others.

Drs know what they are doing and are very good at resolving ear issues. I can always count on dr syms to correctly diagnose my ear issue and then come up with a plan to treat it.

Pretty cold in each room i was redirected around to. Dont know why i was moved around to different rooms. Staff was super friendly tho. Dr Syms was informative for me.

You should trust thisam asuch as you trust your insurance because that's who tells him who to treat how to treat and who to not treat. This country needs another bought and paid for health insurance employee treating people just like we need groceries to become more expensive
