During my last annual checkup Dr. Wallace was rude and condescending. Kept raising his voice when I didn't answer questions fast enough. Have several health issues, but only wants to see me every 2 years. Wished I didn't choose him as my primary. I don't think Mayo will let me switch.

Dr. wallace always sits down and answers any questions. he examines you and thinks about issues. He provides research evidence when asked and is up to date on different medical conditions. when I refuse tests he is very respectful of my opinion.

Dr. Wallace was attentive and courteous. Was not upset when I asked him questions (as opposed to other doctors who get offended when you question them). I would recommend Dr. Wallace to anyone looking for a good doctor!

Dr. Wallace has been treating me for diabetes, among other things, for some time now. Every visit is very thorough, spending a lot of time discussing each issue and plan of action, and I also notice that he actually listens to what I have to say. He seems to be up to date and current on medical studies and medicines, and best practices. He also has excellent bedside manner, speaks in layman's terms, is friendly and down-to-earth, and I find it very easy to talk to him about everything.
