Staff is extremely rude, they are quick to hang up the phone before answering questions. No phone educate whatsoever. I was also told I owed 3 different amounts, until I finally called the billing department and they corrected their errors and apologized for wrong information given. Dr. Kahn talks way too fast I can never understand anything, and he never knows his patients because every time I go it’s like I’m seeing him for the first time. It’s always rushed, and all he does is pushes for the more expensive medication or most invasive instead of trying other things and saving the last option for worst case scenario. He also jokes about your condition thinking he’s funny but it’s really offensive he makes you feel less on a person. Changed Dr’s after a year of pushing through their crap, and I have never been happier.
Best experience from start to finish. Very polite staff from front desk till I come out of the office. Not only with me but with every patient in the waiting room. One of the office girl even pushed my wheel chair to help me take elevator and took me downstairs in the lobby after my appointment. Doctor was so polite and took time and made me feel as if I am a VIP or the only patient he has to see, though I am an average AHCCCS patient. He even educated me about my health condition and diagnosis by showing me the big posters on the wall of the whole digestive system. He not only answered all my question in a lay man terms, which helped me understand my health condition but even told me the precautions I can take to improve it as well. To explain my experience in a few simple words HE IS NEXT TO GOD
Took my daughter to see Dr. Kahn with diagnosed Crohns disease. He hemmed and hawed. Said blood tests give false positive and false negative results. Recommended 5 invasive, expensive tests then back to him in 3 months. I asked him if he couldnt see she was in pain? He went back to talking about more tests after those possibly if he didnt feel the answers were right. After waiting an hour to see him, I was so disappointed. Arrogant, treats you like $, never will go to him again! Can I rate him less than one star???
Dr. was courteous and thorough. Good sense of humor.
I was unimpressed by Dr. Khans bedside manner. He is rude, brief and stuck up. He seems to know gastro, but shows it in a terrible manner. Staff is unfriendly and not very smart. I dont recommend Dr. Khan at all.
this man is the worst, he doesnt care about his patients at all. he has no understanding of what he is doing! stay far away if you really want to be helped!
Dr Khan very nice and smart doctor.in the past i saw some not so good reviews but when mom and i got there we saw it differntly.he has performed procedure and articulated results very well.we also met him for other visits kind ,gentle .understanding person.spends good amount of time in room with us also.
Very late, seen me in 2 minutes, order colonoscopy without leting me know the reason. I did not show for the colonoscopy and never going back.
This doctor was truly amazing. He is the schmiz, and is sooo helpful. I am very happy I was pointed in his direction, by my best friend. I want whoever has digestive problems to visit him, because he is very understanding and treats everyone with an equal amount of respect. I just want to say thank you soo much Dr. Khan for being a such a great doctor, the best Ive ever had.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
