The BACK office staff is amazing! Nikki the MA was awesome brought my son back right away. The provider Kyle was very helpful. Did a thorough exam of my son, explained everything in full detail to me and took his time in the room to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend this location.

Was here about two weeks ago. Dr was very professional and informative. I had many questions and she was very patient with me and made sure I left knowing everything I needed and wanted to. Nurse and phlebotomist were so sweet and friendly. I actually enjoyed this visit which is a shock cause I HATE going to the dr so kudos to you guys!

Went in with a sinus infection. Told the PA I had a sinus infection. Only prescribed cough syrup and told I needed to take a covid test. 36 hours later negative covid test results came back and now I'm sicker than I was when I first went in seeking help and am told I need to be seen again for correct meds to be prescribed. Absolute waist of time and money. Front end staff was rude when I called to get better meds sent to pharmacy after a 20+ minute hold wait time. This place is a joke through and through. Do yourself a favor and just seek help elsewhere if possible.

I front desk ladies acted like they didn't want to see or help me. They were quick to say no before hearing what I had to say. The MAs asked where I wanted my medicine sent I told them the Fry's on 43rd Ave and McDowell. So they send it to the Walmart on 75th Ave. Then I get to the Fry's and ask for all 3 of my medicine list I hand wrote and gave to the MA so the pharmacy said they only got a request for two of the three diabetes medicine I needed

The practitioner Paloma was very nice and friendly asking my daughter questions about what was wrong. Would have been a 5 start but the wait was long even with an appointment.

I went to this urgent care not knowing what to expect I was tested for COVID19, the staff was very accommodating and professional they processed my examination and test efficiently and with care they helped me feel at ease in a very uncomfortable situationThe facility was clean and maintained ,rules were appropriately placed for all to see and in my opinion they followed protocol testing to the letter with confidence and assurance this put me at ease in a very stressful environment due to the coronavirusThank you for your service
