Had a quick visit here. Was there maybe a hour ? The visit went fine however my issue is with the billing department . I’ve received a bill in the mail, as expected . The problem is I gave them my insurance info when I checked into the clinic that night . I also provided it to the app they have you sign up for. So when I get the bill I see that I’m being charged with having no insurance. And I know they take my insurance because I called to verify this before even showing up to this place. Well it’s now been over a week of me trying to contact their billing department . I’ve sat on hold for almost a hour and tried calling back numerous times for DAYS and have never spoken to anybody.I’ve even emailed them and got no response. So I’m assuming they will probably send me to collections on a error that they made .

Everyone here was incredibly nice and helpful. I had to come in for an allergic reaction while on vacation and they took great care of me. Wait was reasonable, facility was clean and check in was easy. I was even able to keep track of my place in line using their app.

You'll be soon right away. I literally had 8 people ahead of me and they moved through everyone pretty quickly and efficiently. My nurse was very patient and understanding. The front office staff were very helpful and kind. This was the only urgent care I could find open til midnight. So happy I found them!!!
