Like the usual,service was extremely good. Unbelievably This is probably "the best medical clinic" in Phoenix today.There was just no way of me going to any other emergency medical clinic in Arizona. Absolutely no way...!!! PERIOD.!!

I was a walk in and waited maybe 15 minutes before I was taken back. That wait was maybe another 15 minutes and the staff is great. Lana is absolutely awesome! VERY kind and sweet.

The front desk employee and the nurse that checked me in were super nice. The medical professional that checked me out was super nice, I am surprised that when someone comes in with a high level of pain they will not prescribe anything. The nurse that came to end my visit needs major training on customer service she was really rude.

We walked in and were told that there would be a two hour wait. We were given the opportunity to go home and then wait for a call. At almost exactly 2 hours we were called and when we walked in we were seen 10 minutes later. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. I would highly recommend this urgent care center.

The entire staff was welcoming, efficient, professional and we felt cared about as well as well-cared for. We appreciate having such an excellent emergency care center nearby.

No point in making an appointment, they'll still just see you whenever they get to you. I hate to give this review because it's really only for the one woman pa that I have had the misfortune of seeing twice now, she really should go back to medical school) but another terrible visit with her yesterday evening and I had to be retreated by a different doctor to resolve my ear issue. She even prescribed the wrong antibiotic for my ear infection, the dosage was way to low and would not have cleared the infection and said she wasn't qualified to drain it. And she was also running almost an hour behind on her appointments. Like I said it's a shame to leave this review because I've seen a few really good physician assistants at this location.
