Terrible experience at this eye doctor. The eye doctor himself was nice but the admin lady was unprofessional. I specifically asked for two prescriptions, one for glasses and one for contacts. The admin lady said she would let the doctor know. After my test, she comes over and asks me if I told the doctor I wanted both contacts and glasses. I told her no. She then tells me I have to take more time off work and come back another day to do another test because apparently I was supposed to. Miscommunication can happen and is understandable but to also be condescending as you tell me was pretty damn irritating. I paid for my one test and now I’m going anywhere else.

i never write reviews, but the staff here is truly amazing. i have never felt so welcome and comfortable. they assisted me throughout the entire process of picking out a frame. they have gained a loyal customer going forward!

I’ve been coming to this location for approximately 8 years or so I would say now. Every time I go there, they are extremely friendly always in a good mood and you normally do not sit and wait long to see the provider for your scheduled appointment. When you are with the doctor or while you’re out browsing frames to see which new fancy glasses you’re interested in. They dedicate their time completely to you and make you feel like you’re the only person that is in the office at the time and they do not rush you whatsoever, which is very helpful to someone like me that can get anxiety if I feel like I’m bothering someone or being a pain. I could go on more about them, but they are all great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I normally don’t write reviews very often, but I just had to reach out to them via email about a question I had and saw this testimonial link and decided that they deserve some feedback. They definitely deserved it over the years. Keep up the great work, everyone. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a very safe and happy New Year!! PS: The bathroom door still locks. (Inside joke). ;)
