List of Paperflower Psychiatry's Reviews
I just had my first psychiatric eval ever with Michaela. I really enjoyed our conversation as she was very warm and understanding, and I felt comfortable answering her questions honestly. She had a lot of fresh insight for me and I'm looking forward to future sessions.
Paper Flower is amazing! I am a patient of Dr. Andy's. He's an amazing listener and takes the time to truly listen. If you're struggling with mental health, I highly recommend Dr. Andy!! I've already sent several referrals his way!
I am so glad that I found Paper Flower psychiatry!! Dr. Andy is my doc and he’s absolutely wonderful!! He takes his time asking questions, is very respectful and kind as well as very understanding. I’ve already given a few people referrals to him. It is absolutely wonderful to see a Dr who listens to understand and doesn’t rush you in and out of the door. Thank you Dr. Andy!
If you are looking for neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming Psychiatry care I highly recommend Paperflower Psychiatry! I was first referred to Paperflower by my Counselor at Neurodiverse Counseling Services and I couldn't be happier. In the past, I have felt like the monkey in the middle screaming at the top of my lungs being tossed back and forth between Psychiatry and Neurology for most of my life. Neither of them truly listening. Most Psychiatry places I've been to hardly look at my history and barely spend 15 minutes with me before making a diagnosis/treatment plan but Tabitha actually took the time to read everything I sent her ahead of our scheduled appointment time. My intro evaluation was scheduled for full 90 minutes. She even went 30 minutes over on that time wanting to make sure she was through in her evaluation and answering all my questions! I like that she doesn't want to change more than one medication at a time. The plan is to taper off the unnecessary medication slowly and taper onto the correct medication slowly. I have had providers change too much to fast and my brain did not respond well. Turns out, my suspicions were correct. I was been misdiagnosed with a mood disorder as a teenager and medicated incorrectly for last 20 years when it was actually Autism and ADHD! Finally, at 34 years old I feel heard and seen!

Jane Na exemplifies what it means to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. She is incredibly sweet, personable, caring, and informative—always taking the time to listen and understand. During our 90-minute evaluation, Jane demonstrated exceptional empathy and insight, rephrasing questions and drawing meaningful connections that helped me gain a deeper understanding of my mental health—more than I’ve had in years. Her ability to identify patterns and behaviors rooted in my childhood and connect them to my current experiences was both validating and eye-opening. Jane was not only intuitive, but also highly attuned to my needs, especially regarding my medication concerns. I left our session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. I truly look forward to continuing care with her and feel confident knowing that my goals and well-being are genuinely her priority as my Nurse Practitioner.
Dr Bre is absolutely amazing. She listens to our needs, makes us feel safe, and the process of scheduling is ease as pie. So much thanks!
The therapist I work with here is extremely knowledgeable, very kind and very patient. They are very responsive and I can tell they truly care. I highly recommend.
They will be helpful and convenient towards you until you're no longer convenient for them to have as a patient. Queer friendly/queer employees or not, bad service is bad service. The owner also isn't helpful in resolving issues her therapist created. Spend your time and money on finding a REAL MD who's got much more experience in these matters and won't dump you 9 months into treatment AND on a cocktail of multiple medications.
Michaela is an excellent listener and very thorough in her approach, careful to understand before prescribing medication.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
