Worst customer service ever. My husband had an eye exam here and purchased very expensive glasses. We were told the glasses would arrive by a certain date, but they did not. When we called the following day, we were told they still hadn’t arrived. We asked if someone could follow up and let us know when to expect them, and we were assured they would. No one ever followed up. We called again 3 days later—still no glasses, no answers, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience, especially considering the cost. We expected far better communication and service.

I have been coming to P.V. Eye care off and on through my years of glasses. The Staff up front and the Dr. May have changed but all delivered amazing service. None better then Emily and Snookie. Will be back for sure.
