Paul Marshburn's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Marshburn is a wonderful Physician . He is gentle , patience , compassionate and easy to talk to . I feel very fortunate and comfortable being in his care. I do not mind the waiting in the waiting room , because I know that the Dr. is patiently still tending to a patient and answering questions , without rushing through the visit. However , I do not feel comfortable with the environment in the front office and with those who answer the phone. I wish they could be more polite, less abrupt , and learn more people skills.

Excellent doctor

I have not seen Dr. Marshburn in about 7 years. He has done 3 surgeries on me and He is fantastic, I don’t know how He does it but He is magical and almost pain-free. He listens, He cares, He is your friend. It takes a while to get an appointment but SO WORTH the wait. I would recommend him to anyone. He is truly a gifted surgeon.

It has been about a year or two since my visit to him. The procedure I had was very painful and when asking others who had same, they said it was very painful as well. They problem I had with Dr P Marshburn was, I was left in the room with him alone, exposed for a lengthy time. I feel it was inappropriate. I remember the experience as if it were yesterday. A violation that has left me very uncomfortable to ever go back. I will never go back to him. I am 59 years old and all my time going to gynecologist, male or female - I was never left alone with the doctor, for any period of time. This experience has left me with hesitation to go for my yearly exams.

I had serious complications from a mesh implant by a young doctor in the west valley, as well as a rectal repair. I found myself being passed from physician to physician due to the complexity of my case. I, fortunately, ended up with Dr. Marshburn. He was candid, a bit dry, but highly knowledgeable in the area of mesh/rectal repair.He spoke frankly regarding my options and expected results so I had no surprises. I found him a welcome relief in a sea of uneducated individuals to my plight.

I saw Dr. Marshburn about a prolapse uterus. The other gynecologist I saw immediately wanted the do a hysterectomy. Dr. Marshburn explained my options, fitted me for a pessary and said to come back when I was uncomfortable to discuss the hysterectomy. I had a long list of questions for him which he answered and explained everything thoroughly. The downside of of appointments was the very very long waits.

Since I met Dr Paul Marshburn he is a gental and respectful person. He is very concerned of my illnesses and he shows he cares . I would recommend him to friends and family.
