I have always done my exams here with no issues but bought my glasses with LensCrafters. I bought my glasses here this time and had a bad experience. I went in twice for adjustments because they were crooked or didn't fit. The third time the tech broke them adjusting them and I had to wait a week for the replacement. Then I took them off once and the side piece fell off. I took them in and was told they couldn't be fixed and it was my fault because I took them off with one hand instead of two. Maybe they should share that info when people purchase glasses. Back to LensCrafters.

I've been a patient for 3 years and today I was turned away and told to reschedule for bring 16 mins late, even though I called prior to my arrival and was told to come. I drove 75 mins to get to the doctor and was turned away.

Pearson eye group was the best eye exam and new glasses and contacts experience my mom and I have ever had. Let me start my saying how the staff MADE this experience. They are kind, funny, patient, and make you feel right at home. Paulina welcomed us with her friendly smile and made us feel so comfortable!! Jasmine helped us throughout our eye exam process and was very knowledgeable and kind. And last but certainly not least Mark made the process of picking out new frames SOOO easy for my mom and I. He is so knowledgeable of frames and face shapes and was able to pick them so cute for us!! My mom came along for fun and ended up wanting an exam and without hesitation the team squeezed her in and made it work. All three of them were so cute and funny and created the most welcoming atmosphere for something that I usually dreadddd doing. Now I actually look forward to going to the optometrist which says a lot. Thank you again Paulina, Jasmine, and Mark you guys were the best we’ll see you very soon!!
